I used Burnett's Plumbing for a sewer inspection and Tommy was great, he called me right after the inspection and gave a brief detail of the outcome, I would highly recommend them.

Tommy installed two toilets and a new shower arm for me. He is very honest and is willing to give prices upfront. I contacted several plumbers before that wanted me to pay a service fee just to send someone with no estimate on the cost. I highly recommend Burnett’s Plumbing. Scheduled Burnett's (Tommy) to flush my hot water heater. He did a very thorough job, spending extra time to ensure it was flushed completely. He took great care and explanation of what was happening throughout the process. I also appreciated him adding a new value on the unit. After getting a few bids from other plumbers for a main valve repair, I reached out to others in the community and Burnett (Tommy) came recommended. He was very responsive, and he immediately explained the issue and provided a quote for repair. He came out the very next day, communicating his status throughout the day. Also while he was here, he took a look at another plumbing concern I had, and instead of trying to upsell me, he explained the most economical way to address it that did not require him repairing it. However, he still provided options and quotes if he were to do the repair himself.

Overall, I am very happy with the service he provided to me this evening and grateful for the work he did, his honesty, transparency, and reasonable prices.

Just had Tommy Burnett out with Burnett’s plumbing to add an irrigation line to my main water line. Excellent service, had a setback with the water softener leaking. I had to go get a 2nd unit and plumber waiting while I made the trip to get the 2nd water softener. Thank you for the patience and for installing our softener!!!

I had a blockage in the washing machine drain line. I called and he arrived quickly and snaked the line. Works perfectly now. They have a price list on their website so you know how much something is going to cost.

Tommy is awesome! We reached out to him and he came out the next morning to help us with a leak and a few other minor issues. He has also helped my clients replace their water heater and install a new one. The water heater they initially bought themselves didn't fit, so he went to the store same day to buy them a new one and dropped the old one off at my house as a courtesy so I could sell it for them since they couldn't return it. He worked with me as a team to take the stress off of my clients and I am forever appreciate for that. Talk about going out of his way to serve his clients even if it is inconvenient!

Tommy was great for coming out on a Saturday to help me replace our kitchen faucet and broken water valve. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He was also helpful in advising me about an R.O. system and whole house filtration system.

Had out for a washer box replacement. They were on time and respect full of my house. Got the work done in a timely manner.
