Tommy did a great job installing a toilet and replacing turn off valves, efficient and a reasonable price I checked in with other plumbing companies and I could not believe the price difference and I will absolutely use this company again If there was a 10 star, I would give them 10 stars

Used Burnett plumbing for a whole house water softner. Best purchase for our new build. Usually I call around for pricing but after talking to Tommy decided there was no point. I was going to use them either way. He sounded like one of the nicest guys, and he proved that when he got to the residence. Thank you Tommy and Burnett plumbing for an outstanding job.

Tommy came out and install the water heater for me. He's fast and fair and he has great prices.

The new water heater was crowding a hose bib. He came back out, set it would be easier to move the hose bib. I sighed and said, "That sounds expensive."

He said, "No don't worry about it I'm just going to do it"

I had also asked him to drill a couple little holes in my drain caps in my patio where the water always collects.

He came and fix things and left within about 15 minutes!

I texted Tommy to ask what I owed him. He said, "Nothing!"
