What can I say, I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I had a backflow specialist that had been helping us out for several years, but he then retired. I was then quoted a ridiculously high amount for a leaky backflow with a recommendation to replace it, which I found to be nonsensical given that the backflow was only 10 years old. Anyway, I started looking for a new vendor, and I got Dave’s number from another backflow specialist. Not only was he willing to travel down multiple hours to southern Arizona to help me out, he spent a great deal of time with me on the phone to explain what the possible problems were for a 6” and 1” backflow, and he even periodically communicated with me to give me an update. We settled on a price, which was far less than my previous backflow specialist quoted, and we were just waiting to have Dave receive a license from the city to repair the backflows. Fortunately (and unfortunately), my manager hired someone that was already contracted with the city to make the necessary repairs, so it was bittersweet in that the problem was solved, but I could not use Dave to complete the repairs. I hope to use Dave in the future for whatever projects we have, and he truly emphasizes both honest and amazing customer service, two qualities that seem to be diminishing in today’s society. I couldn’t recommend Dave more to anyone that needs to have their backflows checked and serviced, and I hope he gets to read this review because he really was helpful.

I was referred to F6 Backflow from a plumbing company and they did not disappoint. The owner Dave took my call, was as friendly and knowledgeable as I can ask for and was at my site the next morning to inspect and certify all 3 of my backflows. After they completed the certification was automatically sent to the city and when he emailed me my invoice is was exactly what he had quoted. Btw… his pricing was also better than anyone else I got a quote from. Thank you F6!

Was looking for a knowledgeable person who specializes in Backflow systems, Dave promptly arrived to quickly assess vthe problem, had repair parts on hand was done in no time. The cost was fair, and I will use his services if ever needed again.

Our small HOA recently had our backflow valves tested for 2025 by the company we had used for years. We had a problem with one of the valves last year and had it replaced to the tune of $850. Imagine our surprise when we got the results of this year's testing and the same valve failed again and, once again, needed to be replaced. After multiple attempts to speak with the company, we finally got an email saying that those valves are not very sturdy and the AZ heat causes them to fail routinely. Since the valve was less than a year old, that didn't make sense to us, so we decided to bring in another company for a second opinion. That was when we found F6 Backflow Services.

We spoke to Dave, the owner, on the phone and explained our situation. He said it sounded "off" to him, too, so we made arrangements for him to come out, take a look at it, and see what he could do. He came out the next day and did some clean-up of the housing - and a couple of other things that I admittedly didn't understand. When he hooked up his gauges and retested, lo and behold, the valve passed.

We can't thank Dave enough for his honesty and professionalism. Needless to say, F6 Backflow Services will be our provider going forward and we look forward to working with them in the future.

Great service all around! Happy to have found F6 backflow. Actually, my experience was similar to Steve M(positive F6 review from 2 months ago) where I had used another company for years, but in 2022, that company replaced the whole backflow unit $1250, then in 2024, had a $635 repair to pass, then in 2025, they said I needed a new unit again. That company is Armor Fire.
Now back to F6. I had told Dave about my other company prior to him testing the unit. Dave did a fast turnaround testing the unit, and it PASSED the City requirement on the first time. Great company, will use them yearly now!
