Stopped in to get a part to fix my leaky hose bib and the guys at the store were very helpful and pleasant! I will go back!

Good store and polite employee's, however after I purchased a fan motor from them for my HVAC I checked online and Amazon was $100.00 lower in price for the exact same part. Called them and they said they wont give refund ,even though I have not used it. Lesson learned,...... Shop ON LINE. IM mad due to the fact they ripped me off $100.00 ...... Won't be getting parts from them anymore.

Just left 3 employees and not one greeted us or asked if I needed help. Stood at counter in front of them for 3.5 minutes. Never again , me or my friends will be shopping here ! Wow the owner should know how much money his employees throw out the window do to lack of customer care . Here I will help you . Hello how can I help you ? That easy !

Open to the public great customer service they had what I needed which was a capacitor and great price

We purchased a 40 gallon water heater tank gas. It fit like a gem. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I'm telling my family and friends about how good this place is. They have a lot of supplies there too.

Teresa was great to work with even when Delta faucet company would not. Purchased a higher end faucet set from Central AZ and the design by Delta was terrible and the water splattered all over. Called Delta and they said it's normal and "water splatters". OMG. Called Central AZ, Teresa looked at the video of my faucet and said, "No way". She took the defective product back and replaced faucet with a better system. So great to work with them . Buy local folks!

I get all my supplies here. Paul and Matt are usually the ones helping me out and they are simply the best. I feel like 'Norm' from Cheers when I walk in there with the way they great me! Great guys, great company!

Came in with my husband and two toddlers as were working with Teresa my husband asked if there was any way she could get our quote done today so we could make payment today sense we live 40 minutes away. Another employee who turned out to be the store manager walks out his office and says we have to leave we’re not welcomed in any of the stores and they’re not doing business with us anymore. While waiting for the supervisors number to complain about the service another gentleman came out and said to leave and made a bigger scene. Cops were called on us by the employees and when they arrived they we’re laughing when explaining the situation. I felt so bad my kids were scared, they waisted the cops time when they could be helping a true crime, waisted our time and lost a good purchase. Not sure if he was just having a bad day but that’s not how you treat a customer especially as a manager. Many people in the reviews had said they have bad customer service and I understand now.

This was the first and last time I will go into the store. I have a very simple project that I’m working on and was asking for a little bit of direction, their advice was to spend nearly $1000 rather than $40. The man behind the counter was very rude and condescending and expects everybody that is not a plumber to fully understand plumbing terminology. Maybe if you’re a professional this would be a good place to go but not if you were just an individual working on your own small projects. By the way, I was looking to buy product from them not just get free advice.

Nice showroom, knowledgeable staff. This place probably isn’t the cheapest in town, but at least they HELP you! Not all of us are knowledgeable about plumbing gadgets and supplies, so i was pleased to find this store. Highly recommend.

Our plumber recommended Central Arizona Supply for our new kitchen sink, kitchen faucet, and garbage disposal. Our plumber also suggested we buy a laundry room faucet from Central Arizona Supply. We bought everything we needed there. Excellent supply store for what we needed. They worked with us and answered all questions. We are very happy we took our plumber’s advice.

This is for the bald guy with glasses who works the counter. This guy had a poor attitude and made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked if they had product in stock. If you hate your job, quit. Don’t take your miserable existence out on the customers that want to spend money in this store.
