Took my first hot shower in several days due to my water heater going out. Thanks to King Charles Plumbing & Air Conditioning I have a newly installed, reasonably priced water heater! King Charles, easy to work with and they have great follow through.

Talk about efficient. So if you are NOT interested in your HVAC working well or say water filtration or even a water filtration system etc these are not your guys. Impressive is the only word that comes to mind quickly. We signed up for their membership so we know they will come out a couple times a year. Thanks Josh. You were great!

Just had our A/C annual check up. In addition they replaced a leaky faucet in the backyard. Would recommend these guys to everyone.

We had a leaky outdoor pipe. Ryan did a small adjustment with a couple valves and it stopped leaking. There was no charge for that. They also cleaned a couple clogged drains in the house now work perfectly

Our hot water heater stopped working. Ryan and King Charles plumbing was recommended by several neighbors. I called Ryan and he gave us a quote and was able to replace it the same day . Ryan was very professional organized and had us back up and functioning! I would highly recommend Ryan and King Charles plumbing I know I will look to Ryan for any future needs

I had problems with my garbage disposal not working and they were able to get me in the next day and were very nice and professional. They were able to reset and restart it with no problem and just charged the service fee. I also later had an issue with my thermostat and they were accommodating to get me in the next day late in the afternoon.

They never came back out to check the AC install. Called a couple times but they were always slammed and never rescheduled. The vents smell musty as though there is a leak somewhere, primarily when running the heat or the AC hasn’t been ran in a while. I’m also not entirely happy they installed the Condenser Unit sideways for easier technician access at the cost of it looking less-than- great, they also mentioned it had something to do with how Trane manual outlined certain clearance requirements from the house even though the previous unit had no issues, or pretty much any one I’ve ever seen, so now the copper pipe and whatever else are just exposed. Price was unbeatable though and it works, as long as I can get them out for the follow up service that’s about 7 months overdue at this point.

Josh did a great job of installing our new RaO system. He also took the time to go over the operation of the system and the leak prevention monitor. Very pleased with the quick response as well.

Ryan was both professional and personable when he visited my home to assess my existing air conditioning and heating. His inspection was thorough as was his explanation of my options for system replacements. He promised and delivered a detailed estimate later that day. I would highly recommend him and King Charles.

Jason came out to reseat toilet and look at other issue. Both men were knowledgeable and arrived on time, highly recommend.

Ryan was on time, cheerful, and informative. He quickly did the routine half yearly furnace and AC maintenance work, finding no problems. After inspection of a crusted house water main valve, he noted it was leaking, so he cut it out and replaced it. At my request, he also installed another valve to give the fire system water its own separate shut off valve. I also asked him to check the hot water tank anode rod and found it was quite deteriorated and needed replacement. After discussion of the pros and cons, I asked him to order a powered titanium anode rod to be installed later as his company does not keep them in stock and had to order it.

Amazing company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! This our 2nd time using them over the years. They're unlike any other company we have used. Both times Josh visited us he was prompt professional friendly fast clean and great prices. Plus he’s a dog lover so we will only call this company if we have any AC or Plumbing situations.

The technician was very courteous and honest. They corrected my plumbing promptly and didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things. Very professional!

I recently hired King Charles Plumbing to install a water softener and garbage disposal at my home. Josh was on time, professional, and answered all my questions clearly. He completed the installation within a few hours and cleaned up everything afterward. The price was fair, and they stuck to the estimate. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again in the future!

Ryan at King Charles is easy to work with. Used him for my furnace, heat pump, new faucet, hot water tank and water purifier. Installation and clean up was done very well. Easy to schedule and reminders were sent out. Would definately use them again.

Our water heater was replaced at a good price. In the initial installation the catch pan under the water heater was not installed properly. The pan would likely leak when the water heater fails in years to come. King Charles gladly remedied this problem.

There was a leak that I was afraid was going to be in a wall and it turned out to be a fairly easy fix. Josh is a great guy who really knows his job. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!
