I wanted a mini-split ductless air conditioning unit installed in my garage. I have a 20 ft. x 20 ft. garage, so I was advised I would need an 18,000 btu (also known as a 1-1/2 ton) unit. I had four companies come out and give me an on-site inspection. Ryan at King Charles Plumbing and Air Conditioning was recommended to me by a neighbor and I got to see the work Ryan had done for my neighbor, before hiring him. Ryan gave me the best price (by at least $2,000) and a top quality Samsung AC unit. No extra charge for using my credit card. It is covered by a 10 year parts AND labor warranty. It is very quiet yet keeps my garage down to a very comfortable 86 degrees (when it's over 110 degrees outside). Ryan is a one man company, but that means no expensive corporate overhead. He is on time, communicates well, and does a first rate job for quality. I highly recommend him. He has the work ethics that we are all looking for when we hire someone. He is also a certified plumber. When he needs to have electrical work done for the AC unit, he brings along an electrician. No "fly by night" handymen that you can't track down later.

Ryan installed our new tankless hot water heater. Very professional and efficient. He did an outstanding job.

Needed three old faucets removed and new faucets installed, so I called around and got some estimates and asked a few neighbors for recommendations. King Charles came out on top in both categories, their price was at least a third off other quotes and the people that I spoke to gave them the highest marks.

First maintenance visit from King Charles. Josh and Mason arrived right on time. They were friendly and professional. Unlike other service providers, they did not try to upsell me anything and so I also found them honest. The cost of their biannual service is less than I was paying before.

I had a leaky faucet replaced. The technician had a very hard time removing the old one due to age and corrosion. It took 3 hours to get the old one out and put the new one in. He stayed until 6:30 on a Friday night to complete the job.

King Charles Plumbing was called to replace the filters in my Reverse Osmosis System. As the new owner of the 20-year old house, I had no idea when the osmosis filter had been replaced. I had them include it in the project. When the plumber arrived, he checked the osmosis filter. It was found to be in good shape and not needing replacement so it was not replaced.
This is the kind of service that everyone should be able to have.

I was very fortunate to have gotten a recommendation from my neighbor to contact King Charles Plumbing to inspect my RO and water softener unit and I’m so glad I did. The two nicest gentlemen came out to inspect my RO, and my water softener Which included a whole house infiltration system . They were kind enough to recommend a shut off valve for My RO, in case it leaks and could flood my home. I will be contacting them a year from now to have them come back and inspect my equipment again.

I am new to Arizona and when I went to my HOA web page, everyone recommended King Charles Plumbing & Air Conditioning. Scheduling was a breeze and 2 guys came out and did my furnace tuneup and installed a reverse osmosis in the kitchen sink. They were very polite and professional. When they left, not a speck of dust or debris was left behind. I was also fortunate that they had an appointment cancellation so they called and offered to come out 2 hours earlier than our scheduled time. I will use them for all of my plumbing and HVAC / AC needs.

Called King Charles on Monday afternoon for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Josh (the technician) came at 2pm on Tuesday, fixed the problem in 15 minutes. Completely satisfied and will definitely call them again on a plumbing issue. Also, I showed him a receipt for a new 5-ton HVAC system we put in two years ago by another firm. Josh said that they recently put the exact Trane unit in a house and it was $5,000 cheaper. They'll be our go-to plumbing company in the future.

Our air conditioning was acting up. They were able to come out quickly and take a look. Very fair price. Initial fee waived if repairs were needed. He had the part needed in his truck making the whole process quick. Very friendly and personable, too. We will definitely give them a call for any future AC or plumbing needs.

I called King Charles Plumbing with a bad shower control valve that left our entire house without water. We’ve used King Charles before.
They had a technician at our home within just a few hours. Brian assessed the damage, clearly explained his plan, and outlined the risks of removal. Fortunately, he was able to complete the install with no complications. Within an hour, the shower valve was repaired and water was restored throughout the house.
Brian was very courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain his work thoroughly. He also shared information about other services King Charles offers.
