Natural Stone Care has great customer service and quality products! My personal favorite is the Neutra Clean cleaning product, it works on everything.

We just moved into a brand new home. We paid lots extra for really nice tile throughout the house. The tile installers did a horrible job with the installation. There was dried grout all over the top of the tiles, and the grout color was about 20 various shades throughout. Dillon and Adam came out and spent all day cleaning, staining and cleaning again. Now it looks WONDERFUL, like it should have from the beginning.

My ceramic wood plank floors look 100% better! The spec house I moved into 4 yrs ago had a nano film on them which I had no idea what was wrong until NSC told me. They looked spotty and hazy which was very frustrating and looked terrible, No one else could resolve the problem. I was afraid I would have to replace the flooring. Miguel, Manny and team worked very hard to remove the film and buff them. They look like new and I am so happy. I highly recommend NSC!

Natural Stone Care cleaned all the flagstone floors in my home. It was a big job and took two days. The crew was on time each day and got right to work. They were respectful of my home and furnishings and addressed any issues I had. My floors had some significant stains from using tape during a remodel, which left a black sticky residue that I couldn't remove with scrubbing. There was also water damage that discolored some stones. They removed all of the sticky residue and made the water damage area look great again. On the second day of work, I decided to add the front walk to be cleaned also. They accommodated me, no problem, and removed all of the stains from a huge Ironwood tree that hangs over the walk. Also some black tire marks and black scrapes from a machine that was dragged across the flagstone. Victor, Rigo and Jose were the best! I have been using Natural Stone Care on my flagstone floors for 24 years! I keep coming back because they are truly the best at what they do.

We just had a terrible experience with Natural Stone Care. They scratched the tile in our guest shower and master bathroom, broke a shower door, pulled up grout and beat up our base boards. The cleaning process did not get the tile very clean. They also polished tile that was supposed to be just cleaned and sealed, now it is shiny and doesn’t match the rest of the home.
This was a big 2 day job and in many of the rooms the stone is worse than when we started. Just be careful signing up with this company, I wish we had hired someone else.

Natural Stone did an amazing job cleaning and restoring our stone, tile, marble countertops and grout to its original glory. The staff was efficient, courteous and professional. It was a large job and they sent two crews to complete the work in a timely manner.

Today is the second time a team from Natural Stone Care has been working in our new home, resolving various tile issues. We are so impressed. Every tech is courteous, very careful and knowledgeable. Issues are being resolved to our satisfaction. It's obvious this company hires well, then trains well.

We had a great experience with Natural Stone Care from start to finish! They responded quickly to our inquiry, were very thorough in their assessment, and made sure that our patio was treated correctly. The communication throughout the process was excellent and we would recommend them and will use them again for our next sealing treatment in the future!

Natural Stone Care just came in to our home and cleaned, sealed and carefully treated our kitchen/master bath marble. WOW the team was absolutely top notch and shined my marble like brand new. They were extremely professional and took such pride in setting up and cleaning up before and after the job. I can't recommend them enough.

I unfortunately can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me out but he was so amazing. I was at the cemetery visiting my grandfathers headstone and I didn't have any thing to clean the headstone with and the nice gentleman let me use a brush of his while he was there cleaning his father in laws headstone. While I was cleaning the stone I was obviously very upset and crying ans he came over to offer some help cleaning the stone and even offered to clean it when he comes to clean his father in laws stone. Such an amazing act of service and kindness.

I just wanted to let you know Shorty and Jose(??) did FANTASTIC on our slate floors! They were both very friendly, courteous, neat and tidy in their work, and the floor looks beautiful! See the before and after photo’s!! Again, thank you SO much!!

The tech who arrived this week did an excellent job cleaning and sealing the granite, and the final results were great! While the initial communication was frustrating, the quality of the work and how the situation was ultimately handled are what matter most.

The general manager later reached out personally to apologize and explain what happened. I appreciated the call and accountability, and we'll definitely use them again.

Update 1/29/2026
Apparently the office had no idea about the canceled appointment or any of the comments made. They apologized and rescheduled the job for next week.

1/28/2026:
We had an appointment scheduled for 12:00 PM. At 11:20 AM, we received a text saying they wouldn’t arrive until 1:00 PM. This timing no longer worked, as my daughter works night shifts at the hospital and would be asleep.

I called and rescheduled for 8:00 AM the following morning, which they agreed to with no issue. Then, at 4:20 PM, I received another text stating they would not be coming at all because the job was “too small” and they had already “lost money.”

This is especially frustrating because they sent someone out in advance to provide a quote, so they were fully aware of the scope of the job before scheduling. Canceling after business hours, after already delaying the original appointment, shows a lack of respect for customers’ time.

I would not recommend this company based on reliability and communication alone.
