Constraction reviews in Tempe, Arizona

My wife's headstone had years of calcium deposit to the point I was embarrased to see it. Today, the headstone looks brand new. My (our) sons were thrilled. I was stunned in how excellent it looks. The customer service provided by this company was exceptional and I highly recommend them. 5 stars plus .

They did a great job, Patrick was awesome coming out and doing the job. I wish all things I need around the house worked as good as beyond stone work and customer service

John and Hector did a great job cleaning and color sealing the tile/grout throughout my entire house. They were kind, personable, and meticulous in doing their work. They were great about moving small things as they worked to make sure they got every inch. After they were done, John even explained the best way to keep my tile and grout in good shape going forward. Working with Beyond Stone Solutions was great all the way around!

Thomas was fantastic. He arrived on time and was very courteous. He was very professional and very experienced. He answered all of our questions before starting and at every stage of repair he kept us informed. We were part of the decision making. A corner of our granite island was damaged by the installers and thomas fixed it to the point where the repair is almost invisible. We are very pleased. When he finished he left our kitchen spotless. He gave us detailed instructions on how to maintain our granite and was very informative. Thank you Thomas for a job very well done!

Brian was great and my granite countertops look so much better! Thank you for bringing them back to life! I highly recommend Beyond Stone Solutions.

Zach & his team , Hector & Robert were awesome‼️ We cannot say enough good words about each of them. They worked nonstop and graciously answered all of our questions. They are all professional with strong work ethics !
Thank you for a job well done. Hope to see them here to finish the last things. 🙏🏻

Beyond Stone Solutions did an excellent job. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I appreciated how upfront and realistic they were about how long the sealant would last. Patrick was thorough, efficient, and delivered high-quality work. Highly recommend!

Beyond Stone Solutions re-grouted and cleaned my flagstone patio. They were very professional, efficient and did a great job -the flagstone looks great!! Zach, who cleaned the flagstone, was very prompt and communicative. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond. I will be calling them back when it's time to re-service the flagstone again.

We had an amazing experience with Byond Stones. Juan and his team were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. We needed honing and polishing for our travertine floors, including matching new tiles with existing ones which was a tricky job. Juan patiently answered all our questions and created three sample finishes (which took hours!) to help us decide. He recommended the second option based on result (which was not the most expensive option, a true sign of his integrity and professionalism). On the job day, the team went above and beyond. They were receptive to feedback. His colleague repaired etched and fractured tiles elsewhere in the house with great care. The quality of work far exceeded the price. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. We would give them 10 stars if we could!

Very please with Brady’s granite repair. Beautiful job! Cleaned up after too. Going out to dinner so everything cures.

I used Beyond Stone Solutions to repair the grout and clean/reseal our flagstone patio. I'm very happy with the results and with the staff that did the work. John Thomas was meticulous with the cleaning resealing portion of the job. It looks great and should be protected for years.

Jarrod Orta with Beyond Stone Solutions did an A-MAZING job repairing our granite! We had chips and damage and he repaired and polished as good as new, completely exceeding what we expected. Outstanding expertise, customer service and quality of workmanship. He loves what he does and it shows! His supervisor visited during the work and he was kind and ensured everything was going optimally with our project. I am 100% confident in the quality of Beyond Stone Solutions.

They were very friendly and I can’t say enough of what a great job they did! When they were done, they did an excellent job cleaning up.From the moment I called this company everybody was so friendly the office staff and the fellow that came over to give us our estimate was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Another job well done by Beyond Stone Solutions! Patrick and Robert worked methodically to restore our porcelain pavers and grout. The attention to detail and explaining the process is just first class. I absolutely would recommend Beyond Stone Solutions anytime.

Beyond Stone Solutions did an incredible job for us. John and Pat polished all of our travertine tile, and the results were truly amazing. Thank you for making our floors shine just in time for the holidays!

Patrick and the team did a fantastic job. The travertine looks like new!!! He was very professional and thorough and kept us informed along the way. Patrick and the team reflect well on Beyond Stone Solutions… definitely a solid asset to the company.

Thank you for a job very well done.

Incredible restoration! 15-year-old floors look brand new + Amazing service

I cannot say enough good things about the work Juan and his partner did on our floors. We had a massive job—over 1,000 square feet of 15-year-old travertine with grout that hadn’t been deep cleaned in years. The team worked incredibly hard, hand-scrubbing the lines, and the result is shocking. The grout looks brand new again.

I also want to highlight their integrity. We had a specific issue with some subtle acid etching (from a past cleaning mishap) that required a callback. The management team was responsive, got us scheduled quickly at our convenience, and Juan came back with a fantastic attitude to take care of it. The damage is now gone.

Beyond the technical skills, the service was 'white glove.' They moved all our furniture with extreme care to ensure nothing was damaged and placed everything back exactly where they found it. I even overheard Juan teaching his partner proper techniques during the day—it was great to see that level of mentorship and pride in their craft.

They finished up by walking us through maintenance recommendations to keep the floors looking this good. It is rare to find a company that stands behind their work like this. Highly recommended!

Simply the best in the Valley when it comes to perfecting natural stone floors! My house’s 34 year old flagstone floors were in need of a refresh to bring them back to perfect. Now they look better than they have ever looked. Thanks to extra care Manny (supervisor) and Chris (on-site team leader) and their highly skilled teams during the three-days it took to get optimal results. I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend‼️

Am very happy with Doug and the crew from NSC. showed up when scheduled, did the work as promised, and took extra efforts in areas and scratches not accounted for on bid, but no extra charges, just beautiful transformation, Travertine floors look better than they did 8 years ago, when they were first installed.... Thank you Doug.
