Guaranteed Home Solutions is always extremely helpful and apt at repairing or replacing the things we need help with, and they do a great job at keeping our needs in mind. I will absolutely work with them again any time I need repairs and maintenance.

Logan installed several things in the bath for me. I couldn't drill the wall tile. He was fast, super clean, professional! Definitely recommend.

We hired this company to repair a kitchen drawer a week before Christmas. Jameson assured me he could easily complete the job in a few days. They set a few dates to bring it to us, then they never showed up. It's been a month. They still have my drawer, they won't return our phone calls or texts, nothing. This is a horrible, very irresponsible company. Avoid this company at all costs.

Logan and staff that showed up to fix things around the house were friendly, professional and efficient. They even fixed something that wasn't on our maintenance request. Thank you!

Jameson was fantastic. He went through our checklist of problems, did what he could the first day, and came back with new parts to finish the rest. He was extremely helpful and friendly. Above and beyond excellent service.

UPDATE:
I am extremely displeased with the horrible cheap quality of dishwasher they installed. It does NOT work correctly. Dishes are not at all clean despite being hand rinsed before washing...3 days after the install a nauseating horrific demon odor came out of it all day..... we had to open the windows! Which made me assume it was a used or refurbished dishwasher.

Logan came in and knew right away I would need a new hot water heater. He is always on time and is friendly. This place offers great service and I can depend that Logan has fixed the problem.
