The most professional pool service I have ever encountered. They do an excellent thorough evaluation for the leak AND repair. I am beyond impressed! They are trustworthy, best in the business, and fair. No need to look elsewhere, Leak Tech is the best. I will use them for any other issues that occur. Their receptionist is a wonderfully nice and compassionate woman. Exceptional service!

I’d been having issues with my pool equipment not working properly and it was recommended that I look for leaks between the filter and the pool. I called Leak Tech and they were professional and understanding on the phone and set up an appointment. The tech that arrived was very friendly and knowledgable and located the pool’s leak, so that I could quickly get it repaired. They made what could have been quite a stressful time not so bad. Pool equipment is fixed and ready for summer!

Not even 3 days of repairs being done the shelving came down again.....I'm not happy I only hung my shirts and well now they are just laying on boxes in my second bedroom..

Logan came out to fix my shower and took care of that. While here, he noticed the screws for my door knob were loose and he took care of that too 😊.

The management company for the home we rented used this company for maintenance. The techs were always friendly, on time, and professional. I recommended them to any homeowner.

Logan was communicative, on time, clean, professional and the replacement of ceiling fan quick and painless.

This company was sent by the mgmt. company for my rental home to cap several water spigots that were in the backyard apparently for irrigation purposes since one was leaking. The tech was in the backyard looking at the issue and asked why the lines were being capped off (not my call, I would rather the spigot be replaced so that the trees do not die) and I answered with my opinion of why, which was not favorable for the mgmt. company based on how they have historically handled my service requests. The tech told me to stop talking and defend the mgmt. co. and tried to justify his stance. If it were not for the fact that this was the third tech (not from the same company, first 2 were landscape plumbers who could not perform the repairs on a spigot since they were informed by mgmt. co. that they were to repair bubblers) that the mgmt. company had dispatched since I submitted my request on June 1st , I would have sent him away and contacted the mgmt. co. to send another provider or tech and it was Noon and hot. As it was, I went back inside and left him to his task. Apparently he determined that he was able to do the 'repair' as he shut off the water without informing me then left the property for approximately 45 minutes without notifying me that he was doing either, I note him leave the yard as he had to walk by my office window. I found out the water was off when I went to wash my hands before handling food at 12:37. I heard him return at approximately 12:45 and affect the repair then leave again. I did not know that the repair was complete or that the water was back on until I receive electronic notification from Guaranteed Home Solutions, LLC.

In the future, I will not be allowing this unprofessional tech back for any of my requests and have serious concerns about the quality of techs and service from Guaranteed Home Solutions, LLC.
