I moved into a house in early December. A few weeks after I moved in, I was working in the yard on and off and I noticed that the auto-fill on my pool was always running. So I did the "bucket test", and sure enough, it looked like I had a leak somewhere in the pool (I was losing about .25"/day w/o the auto-fill). I called Leak Tech LLC and they were able to come out within a few days, and after about 30 minutes on-site, they traced the leak to the dreaded skimmer box. The skimmer box was an older metal style box with a rubber gasket on bottom, and the gasket had torn and was leaking. The techs put some epoxy on the joint to keep it from leaking further, and scheduled me for about 10 days out to come repair it. The techs showed up early on day 1 and spent the first day partially draining the pool, cutting out the old box and piping. The next day was installing the new box and laying the new piping to the pump. The last (3rd) day was painting the new kooldeck, refilling the pool, and some minor touch ups. The crew was communicative, courteous and clean. They even came back to help me prime the pump when I couldn't get it primed. Even though the problem itself was frustrating, Leak Tech LLC was great to work with.

My pool has been losing salt for months. My pool guy and I couldn't figure out where and how. Guys from Leak Tech showed up, found and even repaired the leak same day. I was skeptical at first, but my salt level has been stable ever since. I saved a lot of money on salt and water. If you have a pool leak or salt issues like I did, save yourself a headache and call leak professionals.

Update: Used this company again at my new house, they found and repaired a leak on my pool return pipe under the deck. Whoever has built this pool in the past made plumbing a tangled mess, but Leak Tech guys found the leak in no time and repaired it.

What a terrific experience! I called on Thursday for an appointment, and was scheduled for next day service due to a cancellation. The crew came on Friday and found the leak, returned on Monday to fix the leak and, again, returned today to repair the pool deck that was cut away to reveal the leak. The crew was prompt, professional and effective! No leak and the pool area looks better than when they arrived! Highly recommended...
