Rogers cleaning team did an amazing job they were fast an very thorough. They were 5-10 minutes early which i love and we were able to go thru everything i wanted done. I went an took my animals to be groomed an grocery shopping an by the time i got back they were leaving an my house looked AMAZING!! I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future before my newborn arrives an after. Thank you soo much!

Maria & Zaida are wonderful! They are very reliable and do a great job. If there is a reason they can't arrive at their scheduled time, they always make sure to let me know.

Everyone was so wonderful! I have an unusual situation in my home and I did not feel any ridicule or negativity from any of the team that came in. They showed up on time and literally swept through my house in 2 hours.....and it was a hot mess!! Thank you Gonzalo, Isabel and the other 2 girls for making my house a home again. I look forward to seeing you each week to help me keep up with "my situation" so I am no longer embarrassed by my home.

I recently had the deep cleaning service and they did an excellent job. I'm glad we now have a bi-weekly service set up moving forward. The office and cleaning staff are super nice, attentive, and have gone above and beyond my expectations. Worth it!

I switched to Maid Right because of its professional, business-like approach to home cleaning. They provide a thorough clean in a very courteous and upbeat manner. Every clean is scheduled on the same day / time which makes planning simple. The quality and reliability of Maid Right's service make it an easy recommendation for anyone looking for new or upgraded home cleaning service. And the price is very fair.

This is the absolute worst cleaning service I've ever used! My tiny 700 sq ft apartment was barely cleaned (the microwave, bathtub, and sinks untouched). I made one sole request to them- close the doors to all the rooms upon leaving because I have a cat. They didn't. My cat proceeded to get into my sewing area and claw my $100/yd fabric. MaidRight didn't even attempt to reimburse me. They didn't even call me back regarding the matter. Horrible business practice!

I'm absolutely appalled by the service I received. After asking me for an extra hour to "get things done" I come back and see that the bare minimum had been cleaned. So much for a deep move out clean. Oven was still a wreck, windows had been left dusty and dirty, base boards, toilets, they seemed lightly touched if that. So I called them and they said they were going to send another team out to make it right. I left a lock box and code for them to get in as the time was not convenient for me. They clearly never came back. Now my landlord has seen it and is questioning whether we even tried to have it cleaned, which is part of my lease. So I've now called back and was unable to speak to a manager to get this settled. Here is to hoping they resolve this.

Really nice ladies who worked hard and cleaned everything from top to bottom. Completed in exactly the time that was estimated. Supervisor showed up at beginning to make sure everything was understood. Would choose them again in a second.

So my dorm room I moved into was all around pretty dirt and dusty and the cleaners made a 360 turn around to the dirtiness of the dorm room. It looks very clean and done well. They took there time and clean with detail. It’s five stars for me!

Ashley has been ‘visiting’ my house for over a year and I will not change. If she has to be a little later (which rarely happens) she always calls to inform me. If my regular cleaning day falls on a holiday she is willing to make it up sometime that week. One holiday she even offered to come to my house. Her cleaning practices are very thorough. She and Maria, who is almost always her helper, start in different rooms and meet at the front door. They have a set routine as to whom does what every time so they are very efficient.Their vacuum unit is self contained so there is no cross contamination between homes. When they leave my house looks amazing. I have been using a cleaning company for over 20 years, and this one rates right at the top, both in their cleaning practice and reasonable price. Ashley is just a wonderful young lady and I now consider her a friend. I recommend this company 100%.

I have used Maid Right for a few months now and LOVE getting my house cleaned. They are flexible on how often you want cleaning, and flexible with the rooms in your home you need cleaned. The service is great, very friendly team.

My wife and I bought a home and were looking to have a Move In Cleaning done before we moved anything into the house. We made multiple attempts, via telephone calls and e-mail requests, to reach Molly Maid in Mesa, to no avail. We still haven't heard back from them to this day, and it's been over a month. I reached out to Maid Right, as they appeared to be a reputable small, local business. I called the office, set up an appointment to have a Move In Cleaning done, and discussed hourly rates and service provided. Be sure to let them know exactly what you want done and the order of priority for areas cleaned. They arrived at the designated appointment time, and I quickly confirmed what I requested to be cleaned. The two women that came were very courteous and professional. I came back after the cleaning was done, and was thoroughly impressed with the job they did. Everything I asked had been done with high level of care. Our appliances were spotless! We plan to use Maid Right of Mesa in the future for our general cleaning needs.
