The girls are great, thorough and fast! Get the same team every time and that is nice.

Maid Right has been with us for over seven years and two residences. We have been deligthed with the service and with Monica, who is reliable, honest and completely lovely.

Hired For a Move Out Clean, they did a less than ideal job. There was still goo, hair, and dirt on the tile, (seems like they did a quick sweep and mop without really trying to make it clean). Dirt on baseboards, window seals. The kitchen and sink counter still had stains that I got out pretty easy with a magic eraser They did do a good job vacuuming and cleaning the microwave.

The logistics where pretty poor, I had to call back several times to find an appointment time. It seems like the charged me the day before the service. I asked for a call before they got to the house so I could meet them at the rental. I never got a call and so I went over to find them already waiting.

When I got there they didn’t speak English and I used google translate to try to get a feel for what they would do. I was told they were going to do a deep cleaning, but that’s not what they did. It was more like a cursory cleaning.

I hired them for 3.5 hours. After 2.5 hours I got a call saying they were nearly done. I showed them some of things I mentioned above and they either said they couldn’t get it out or wiped it with a towel.

On the plus side they did only charge me for 3 hours not 3.5 after I called and they did send me a receipt.

Everyone was nice but I didn’t have a great experience and wouldn’t recommend them.

Monica was sent to help with cleaning of my apartment.
She was exceptionally thorough and followed through on everything that was needed.
I found her to be cordial and a pleasure to engage.
I would suggest that she be the person to work here all times.
I have asked her to help every two weeks.

Short: Awful, don’t waste your time, they will charge you money, make your place look worse, and lie to your face, avoid at all costs

Long: Hired for a move out cleaning, quoted $275 for 2 cleaners, 2.5 hours, arrival time of 1pm, cool right? they are late by at least 15 minutes, call me half way through and say my 700 square foot apartment, which just housed me, with no animals, is so filthy they can’t possibly clean it all in the time they quoted me, and demand another 100 dollars on top of what I already paid, I say no, just clean what you can, which I guess means nothing and make the place look worse than when they arrived, I show back up after 2.5 hours, expecting them to still be there, they are gone, all lights still on, floors are trashed, smells like they threw some cleaning supplies on the floor, vacuumed and left. They then demand my apartment had so much lint on the fan blades and animal feces that a team of three cleaners couldn’t possibly clean it all. They then send it to a “manager” who does nothing, and I finally get a receipt 5 days later. Over all 0/10 experience, don’t waste your time

Edit; the owner posting that they brought 3 cleaners make them look even worse, this is like dealing with a group of children who won’t take responsibility-stay away!

Maid Right has now cleaned my house twice. They are a great cleaning service. The scheduling is easy and they give you the same work crew. The work crew is very respectful and they do a perfect job of cleaning.

I have been using maid right for some time now. They are extremely efficient, thorough and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Cleaners came just as scheduled and started right away. They told me the initial cleaning is always the longest, but it took them about 2 hours total which was quicker than I was expecting. Everything was spotless, they took care of all the appliances and fixtures. The floors looked amazing too, I was more than satisfied. Operations manager also showed up to see how it was going and answer any of my questions. I would recommend Maid right to anyone

I really don't think they used any type of cleaner to clean any part of my house. When I started having my house cleaned I asked that at least one person spoke and unstood English. I asked if the floor cleaner was pet safe it took 2 weeks and the answer was not to use any cleaner in my home. Could I just get the answer to that question. My cat went into chronic kidneys failure and she is an indoor cat. I need to make sure it pet friendly because I also have a dog. I should have my house cleaned with something that's pet friendly if you can't supply that i will and you can deduct it from my bill. Thank you

They did an exceptional job deep cleaning my house. It is the cleanest it has ever been. Now I’m set up for a bi-weekly cleaning and I am sooooo happy!
