They come when they say or they call if they are running late. There's a whole crew and they get done very fast. They also did my glass front cabinets above the stove which had cooking grease on them, so I was quite happy.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every single time, the teams are terrific. Professionals who are accommodating, exceedingly polite, fast. I also greatly admire how they train new team members. Instructive, supportive. They leave the house sparkling!

The workers did a very thorough job the first time I had the windows cleaned. On their second visit, the crew was much smaller and they seemed to be somewhat in a rush to finish. The final result was good, nonetheless.

We have a second home in Flagstaff and part of our “spring cleaning “ for the summer season includes calling PWC. We have used them for many years now. Always a great crew; always professional. This is the first year we had a hiccup with arrival time, but with just a few texts it was remedied and our windows were sparkling clean again. This is the first time we used them for gutter clean and we were pleased with that too.

I like how they use technology to communicate quickly and clearly, everything from the initial quote, a reminder of our appointment, alert of when they were en route, and the final invoicing which was all done in quick texts and emails. They notified me prior to their arrival, arrived on time, and best of all my gutters and windows looked great when they were finished. I highly recommend the company.

The guys show up at the appointed time and date, get the job done well and are neat. If there’s an issue (it happened once a couple of years ago - a few windows didn’t get done) they come right back out and make it right.

We had a very good experience with Pine Country Window Cleaning in Flagstaff, AZ. They were on time for the estimate and on time for the actual services. They missed one screen and the tracks could have been a little cleaner, but overall, the guys did a great job! Two of my neighbors have now used them. I would definitely recommend them.

The owner of this company hands down is the best person we have ever dealt with! We sold him a 2007 Toyota Camry for his daughter in college. He loved the vehicle and was incredibly understanding.
