Joe filter is one of those things you don't need until you hear about it. They are perfect for our company, Main Street Property Management, the owners that use this service don't have to worry about the tenants actually changing filters and prolonging the life of their equipment because Joe Filter comes in and changes the filters and the tenants only have to think about getting their schedule right to allow Joe Filter personnel inside.

The team at Joe Filter did an awesome job with cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent. When the technician came out to give us a quote he our shoe covers on before he stepped into our house. We were given a window of when they would be arriving and received a text message to say they would be arriving in 15 min. Excellent job with the cleaning, there was no mess and you would never know they were there.

Love, love, love Joe Filter!!! Our filters get replaced on a routine schedule. We have salt replaced in our water softener. They vacuum the air vents and replace our fire alarm batteries yearly! I can’t recommend them enough!!

2nd year using Joe Filter and am very happy with the service technicians are very thorough, professional and efficient they sanitize and flush the RO system not just a filter swap but a true maintenance of the unit! Very happy will use them again.

The technician arrived on time and spent more than 2 hours trying to clear a blockage that hadn't been touched since at least 2017. He asked to leave to service his other customers and said he'd return, which he did as planned. After another 2 hours, it was still jammed, and they scheduled me for a return service the next day. That tech ultimately was able to clear the blockage. All of this for the standard fee! You can bet that I'll have them out here again for more frequent service.

The two young men worked in every room in our home, cleaning vents and ducts, including the dryer vent.
When the job was completed you could not tell they had been in the house! Every room left spotless and the gravely sound from the vents years long buildup and new roofing soot is all gone. Fresh clean air flowing through the house.

Mitch came out and installed a new RO system; he was great! Joe Filter has serviced our RO filters for years. They are always prompt, respectful, and so clean. The new system is a water saver and has a great warranty. Sparkling, clean water is on its way! Prices are very affordable (thank you for the senior discount), and products are high quality.
