Sebastian was right on time and was personable and professional. He changed the battery in my smoke detector and dealt with some sensor issues. Will definitely call them back when it’s time to replace my air conditioner filters!

Just had my R/O system serviced. Very happy with Dillon their technician.
He drained the system and re-pressurized the tank, sanitized the system replaced the filters and made sure hoses had safety clips on them. He had to add some. The clips help prevent tubing from getting disconnected. He put in a new O Ring on one cartridge. He has used Seal lube on the O rings before reinstalling.

He did a test using the water both at the faucet and from R/O. Some formula is used to determine if a new membrane cartridge is needed. Mine was still at 96% so still perfectly good. Even if bad it’s only it’s $60. They tell you quality of tap water.

Two years ago I had a local plumber change the filters and that’s all he did. No sanitizing or water testing. No lube on O rings.

Dillan did a fantastic job inspecting the dryer vent. He was friendly and professional. The space between the washer and dryer is tight and he was able to maneuver everything seamlessly and left everything in great shape when he left. I've been having my dryer cleanings and inspections done with Joe Filter for over 5 years now because they are reliable, honest, and do clean work.

Great customer service! Very clear communication, which I love, with fair pricing that is transparent. An opportunity to have an earlier appointment came up, they let me know, and I was able to get my system serviced even faster. They do all the cleanup so nothing is left behind for you to take care of later, and they explain everything in a clear and concise way. Would strongly recommend.

I recently had my RO filters changed and from the first contact with Emily to job complete everything was seamless.
Emily answered all my questions and even went out of her way to assure me I was ordering the right filters for my system.
On top of the filter change my RO was not functioning as it had. I could barely fill an ice tray before depleting my so-called reserve. The service guy figured it out right away and now it runs as good as ever. And the price was more than reasonable, I actually expected it to cost more.
This is the second time I used this company and they’ve earned a customer for life. I wholeheartedly recommend Joe Filter!
