Joe Filter has served our home for a few years now and I thought it was about time I review these folks! They have been exceptional at every visit. They offer a host of services necessary to the homeowner. These folks can replace Fridge filters,
a/c air filters, do dryer vent cleaning, replace water softener salt, replace high ceiling lights, washer/dryer air vent cleaning, and much, much more. And they do it right! They’ve done most of these services for us, and we’re extremely happy with the service, their punctuality, commitment and they offer appropriate scheduling to your replacement needs. Their techs are good, efficient and trustworthy. We totally recommend Joe Filter for your home filter needs.

I've had Joe Filter service my reverse osmosis system for the past several years. They are always prompt, friendly, skilled and professional and today's service call was no exception. I didn't catch the the service technician's name, but he was great & my dog liked him too! 😄 I highly recommend their services. 😊

Whatever you do not hire this company! It is not worth the hassle. They can’t keep an employee and new ones are in training. The young man that came out to install my water filters was in training and had a difficult time connecting the filters, housing and hoses to my water system and I've had problems with the RO system since and now it's fully leaking since he didn't properly align the filters, connect, the housing and the hoses properly. He also tightened too tight and caused a crack and then a slow to large leak. My cabinet sink below is damaged by the water from the improper installation. Surprisingly his supervisor decided not to supervise the install but sit in the van scrolling on social media. I have damage on the bottom of my sink, and they have taken no responsibility and they are so dishonest. I will forward to my Attorney.

My technician was very professional and efficient. He also identified a potential issue with my water valves that I didn’t know about. I will definitely use them again.

On June 26, 2024 Joel from Joe Filter arrived and replaced my Reverse osmosis filters. Joel did a wonderful job! This is the fifth time I’ve used Joe Filter and am completely satisfied! Very reasonably priced! Keeps you informed of their arrival! Best service ever!

I am so thankful I found this company. The HVAC company that I had a plan with apparently is out of business. Joe’s came out and changed all the filters without any issues. Dillon was wonderful. I am very impressed with him and the company.

Our technician today was Sebastion. What a nice person! He arrived early and was very efficient. We had air filters changed and new batteries placed in our smoke alarms

You are THE Best - Joe Filter! Dillan did a conscientious job. He’s a hard-working young man who’s polite, pleasant and friendly. It looked like the previous owner had not cleaned the dryer vent for at least 2 years. He even got up to the attic to make the necessary adjustment to the duct. My wife and I are very pleased. This was referred by our next door neighbor. Needless to say, we owe our neighbor a very sincere thanks. I want to thank the very pleasant and helpful lady in the office as well. You guys deserve 5 stars!

Great service, on time and very reasonably priced. I have 3 combo smoke/Co2 alarms and 16 foot ceilings. No one was able to reach them to change batteries and test them except these guys. And the price is so reasonable! Highly recommend.

Before I discovered Joe Filter, I would spend the better part of a Saturday trying to replace the filters in our reverse osmosis system. They do it in about 20 minutes. Knowledgeable, on time, reliable, and for a fair price. Plus, I never felt ill at ease or like I needed to watch any of their employees while they were in our home

Joe Filter is a great service, they come in and are professional and efficient. They are great, particularly if you have high ceilings. They bring their own ladders and take care of those out reach replacements.
