Any kind of AC repair will be costly but they left me with a two year warranty so I'm happy.

It was my first free “winter tuneup” for my TOTAL replacement of all my HVAC equipment and a whole house surge protector since my electricity was going out practically every month it’s now much better all the farmland surrounding my subdivision is now full new houses so SRP did fix things but I feel much more secure knowing that I am protecting all my new appliances etc…I purchased when I moved in
Even got an additional return air vent installed in my living room
That makes 3 in my 1440 square foot home

We are praising your manager / repairman Cody from the rooftops. He helped us tremendously, is a great person, & also knows his stuff when it comes to repairs. I am sure his team knows this but we want to make sure he gets recognized.

I’ve been using the hero program for quite some time now. Jose inspected my AC and gave me recommendations. They always send out respectable and knowledgeable people.

Winter check up on HVAC. Tim was very thorough. Checked everything. Explained everything, in layman's terms I am very satisfied.

Highly recommend this place. This was my first time working with this company and the experience was easy, efficient and reasonably priced. Jose Apodaca came out and fixed a leak to my unit. He was not only professional but very knowledgeable as well. He answered all my questions thoroughly in a way for me to understand exactly what the problem was, how/why the problem occurred, what he did to remedy it and how to avoid similar issues in the future. 10/10 I would work with Jose and One Hour Air again.

Jake was very professional and explained everything. He gave me acouple ideas about my airbnb unit, and is going to send me some quotes.

Trice did come out second time after several failed attempts to get financing. We secured financing thru a different company and he came out and completed contract and setup time for install for system. He was very professional and complete in all his answers. He was on time and we got it done quickly. We were able to schedule for next day for removal and install of new system. Would definitely recommend company to friends and use them again.

The guys that did the the replacement dud a great job. They were about 25 minutes late getting here but said the distributor was late. They didn't waste any time and started right in on the task. I showed then we're everything was and got out of the way. They kept at it for approx 4 hours and got the whole job done. They were very quick and polite when using our stairs and doors. They put my things back in order when they were done in the backyard. System was running and thermostat instructions were given to us upon completion. Overall great experience and company. Would use again and recommend to friends.

Cody, Noe and Santiago did a great job installing and repairing my system. This team was thorough and double checked every connection, sure the units were working properly and left my place clean. Very nice work.

Shane was friendly and did a great job. He followed up daily until the job was completed and went above and beyond to help. Our installer Noe did a great job and stayed late until everything was completed. I also received phone call updates from Marisela to help me understand when techs would be arriving at my house. Very happy with the service!

Jake came and serviced my furnace to get ready for the season and he was so pleasant and did a great job!

They really lived up to their name of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating because I had no heat and they were out in record time, fixed the problem and the Jake, technician, was efficient, knowledgeable and very very pleasant. All in all a good experience.

Our AC went out at 5 pm on a Tuesday. We called One Hour, and had an excellent experience. The customer service representative who took the call was gracious and helpful. We had Corey as our technician, who gave us a heads up before he arrived, was consummately professional and most importantly, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes flat. He took photos of the issue to show us what he was going to repair and took care of the work with no upselling. He was great with our dogs too :) The price of service was reasonable, particularly in light of the emergency nature of the service. We will definitely be using this company again.

AC went out and they came the same day on a Sunday. I have elderly living in the house and this was very appreciated. They gave me complimentary caps for my unit and even fixed our side gate as they noticed it was sagging a bit. Family owned and good people, couldn't ask for anything better. Their text included a link to leave a review and it did not work for me so I searched for them to leave this review. You will be in good hands with these people.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service tech. Jake was very thorough in his explanations of what he was going to do, and then in his explanation of what he found a very polite and very attentive thank you, Jake!
