Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating did an excellent job today. Earl Diaz was the Consultant and he was friendly, very knowledgeable and provided excellent service on my system.
If you need air conditioning or heating services, I highly recommend them.

We had a new AC unit put int and our ductwork redone and the install created a leak which then caused roof repairs. They do not stand by their equipment or service. They upcharge and nickel and dime for everything and customer service when there is any issue is horrendous!!!!!!!!!!!!! They will be happy to take your money though! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

Dominic did a great job with our maintenance appt. He was early, gave a call be fore he came and was very professional and up front while in our home.

I was very disappointed with this company. Their website claims they will “meet or beat anyone’s price,” but when I brought them a competitor’s quote, they flat-out refused. Earl, the representative I dealt with, was condescending and spoke to me like I didn’t understand basic business. Instead of honoring their own policy or even negotiating, he dismissed my request by saying the other company hadn’t been in business long enough. Earl’s attitude was rude and unprofessional, and it left me feeling disrespected. If you value fair pricing and respectful customer service, I would look elsewhere.

I would not at this time recommend Alaskan. Their customer service is not 24 hours, as they use AI after at least 7ish. It also was like pulling teeth to get the AI to understand we wanted emergency service, but finally got an appointment scheduled for 8pm to 10pm. We received texts confirming the appointments, come 10pm, nobody shows up and no calls. The next morning we reached out and they claim to have called both number on file, yet neither phone had a missed call, and they claim that there was no appointment scheduled. We get another appointment, the tech shows and reveals that unfortunately the blower is busted. Ready to get it fixed, we start talking pricing(keeping in mind, the A/C was in warranty, so parts are no cost). The tech claims that the labor costs ALONE would be 1800 and claims that the price is due to the labor costs of the lady on the phone, the gas money and the dudes time to go get the part, bring it back all on top of the actual repair. Mind you, a quick Google search shows that the average labor costs for a blower replacement was 100-250 dollars an hour. At 1800, that is a 360 dollar an hour price point. We decided to pay the tech his 129 dollar service call fee, and get a second opinion. Thankfully we did, we went with another company who came out, quoted us for 1200 dollars to the same work and throw a surge protector in, in less time. Even with having to pay the service fee for the first tech and the labor for the new tech, it STILL was several hundred dollars cheaper. All of that while keeping in mind that we have been customers of Alaskan for 15 to 20 years. Really disappointed and really feeling like they attempted to take advantage of us when we were baking in the Arizona heat, AND they no called no showed to the first appointment.

Polite and friendly while professional and knowledgeable. Ask if I wanted him to put on foot protection. Gave details that were clear and understandable. I have used Alaskan Air since 2021 with the original unit and they installed my current unit two years ago. Recommend them!

Dylan provided an excellent service with my AC and Heating maintenance today. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He explains everything he noticed that might have overlooked in the previous service and gave a great recommendation for the next service.

The service provided was very profesional with excellent understanding of our needs and very effective resolution. He exceeded our expectations regarding quality and efficiency. Great job!

Josh was very helpful and took time to talk to me about the repairs my unit needed as well as the pricing options for the repairs. He was on time, efficient, and professional. He wasn’t pushy, and he helped me decide what option was best for me, I’m grateful for his help.

Nick was very thorough and professional while he worked with us. He talked through his findings to helo us understand the work that was needed. He will return Monday to complete his work.

I give Jesse Navarrette a 5 star rating! He let us know how well our system was performing and what was needed to improve or correct our system’s performance.

Jeremy was very helpful. He fixed the problem and came out almost immediately after I called. He was an excellent communicator and did everything to make sure the problem was fixed correctly. I would highly recommend.

I had a great visit from Dylan. He was very thorough, explaining the check up to me and the issues he found. And my dogs liked him. 😉

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Dylan from Alaskan was extremely professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. I felt he was extremely honest and fair. This is my go-to for HVAC needs. Highly recommended!!

He was very informative and was apologetic that he could not fix my AC today and that the cost of labor for what needs to be completed. He also intends to get the part that I need tomorrow morning and perform the work.

Update: Josh went to the dealer for my AC unit the first thing the following day (Tuesday) and obtained the necessary components he needed and called me to tell me he was heading directly to my house to perform the install. He did all of the work without me being there since I did not plan on having that day off. I came home to a working unit and my house at a comfortable temperature inside. Excellent customer service.

I found Alaskan air conditioning and heating to be a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone. My installers Damek, Milton, Kevin, and Frnny were Professional, clean, on time, friendly, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful their communication was.

We've been with Alaskan for some time now and I can't recall ever having a technician that didn't do a good job. Yesterday was a bit different in the best way. Caleb from the moment he arrived was on the ball. He was friendly & polite. He explained all the things he was going to do to find the problem as well as why it started. He took his time and then we we're given options on how to move forward with repairing. I feel you have a fantastic technician in Caleb, he is an asset to this company. His communication skills and all around vibe make him a pleasure to have in our home.

Nick was able to restore A/C to my home lickety split. I appreciate his efforts and quick response. Way to go Nick!

Had an issue with whole system power. Spoke with real person without navigating thru the "phone maze". Not an emergency. Scheduler offered early morning and Nick arrived and diagnosed the power issue then visually inspected the whole system and took the time to answer our questions regarding the most efficient use of our thermostat system.
In short NICK was timely, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The office responsive, timely and human. Thanks Team!

We recently replaced our 23-year-old system with two new AC units — a big upgrade for our family! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Tim and Kayla were easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the process.

A big shout-out to the installation team — Mario, Ammon, Edgar B., and Richie — for all their hard work. They kept us informed every step of the way, took great care to keep things clean, and made sure everything was put back perfectly.
We’re extremely happy with the experience and would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
