Worst Comapny starting with the owner! Who is arrogant with zero knowledge! They hire day labor for work. Never finish the job and keep requesting money. Do research on this Comapny the have complaints from BBB and ROC! Cheap quality. All their staff have no knowledge of Lanscape design.

Working with Lavender Landscaping Company to transform my
landscaping of my new home, I must say was seamless.
Their flow made the entire experience a breeze. From start to finish, their team exhibited
professionalism, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to delivering top-notch results.

From the moment I reached out to them, I was impressed with their prompt and clear
communication. They responded to my inquiry promptly, scheduling a consultation at my
convenience. During the consultation, their team took the time to understand my vision and
requirements, offering valuable suggestions and expertise. Their ability to listen and
communicate effectively made me feel confident that they understood my expectations.
Throughout the project, Lavender maintained open lines of
communication. They kept me informed about the progress, discussing any changes or
adjustments as needed. I appreciated their transparency and willingness to involve me in the decision-making processes. Their proactive approach ensured that any concerns or questions I had were addressed promptly and to my satisfaction.

Lavender Landscape in my opinion is doing astonishing work! As a water well driller, we have seen many landscaping companies continuously taking short cuts and practices that don't meet code. I have been on multiple Lavender projects and have been completely impressed with their attention to detail, thurough in every aspect of the job, and timely manner in which things are completed. They wouldn't be winning landscaping rewards if their work wasn't top notch!

I just signed our design and materials pages and I cannot wait for our project to continue. Our design phase was thorough, informative and exciting. Adam and Jerry took time to review all the details and presented a design that was more than what we expected. I am so excited to see the final product!

We are overall happy with our Lavendar experience! From the beginning the sales and design team (shoutout Adam and Hannah) had everything on point. To be truthful, the project was frightfully slow to start with quite some standstill after demo. However, once we had superintendent Duane assigned to our project things really took off. He’s been an absolute ROCKSTAR helping this project regain momentum and brightening the light at the end of tunnel. His subcontractors have been hardworking, showing up daily to get things done. Communication with Duane and the design team is always quick and open. We are looking forward to seeing everything come together! Thank you Duane!!

ZERO STARS! ABSOLUTELY avoid this company AT ALL COSTS and PLEASE read reviews! The recent Google reviews, ROC complaints and BBB complaints/reviews are all saying something! Several of their five-star reviews on Google and BBB are current and former lavender employees. All reviews should be required to be verified as actual customers. We had high hopes for this company. The owner stood on our site in January 2023 and sold us the dream that she’s a “boutique company” and in turn, that allows her to execute jobs quickly and work with home owners from a more personal approach. WRONG! This project has gone MONTHS past their contracted promise of one year and there is nothing in their contract that protects the customer if they don’t deliver. But they are quick to threaten daily interest accrual if you dispute their lack of work. No one shows up for work on REPEATED dates promised. We sat completely idle for six weeks with zero workers on site with no reasons given. Requests for work/materials/deliveries put in by our superintendent were repeatedly ignored or bumped for other projects. Items that were supposed to be in the design quotes were missed and never got done. Travertine and stone we picked out a year prior became unavailable and when picking out new materials, we discovered that we were only shown the highest level price range and had no idea any less expensive options were available- saving us TENS of thousands. Our recently hooked up hot tub has not worked from the start. A project we were told would be 8 weeks has gone on far too long and forward progress has only been made after having to send multiple letters of complaint and emails to Haley, and our team. All emails, calls and messages sent to Haley or any persons of authority go ignored or they have office staff reply. Even after requests. They sent out new employees to our site, claiming to be ‘damage control’ and still make empty promises. They suddenly show up to walk through and “close out” and collect final payments before items were even complete; then refused to finish or fix incomplete work by calling it warranty and refused to do it until payment is made. They have over $220,000 of our money and act like they are doing us a free favor. This project has been an absolute nightmare and has affected my mental health. They’ve posted pictures of our so-called “newly completed project” but fail to relay the REAL story behind those photos. As business owners ourselves, I would be DEVASTATED knowing even one person is as upset as I have expressed myself to be. A simple call from someone in management would have gone a long way but it’s clear this company has zero empathy for the people who are paying them. It’s appalling how they hide behind the staff that has zero authority to deal with our complaints other than to be the messenger and take the backlash. We just want this project completed but we fear we will never hear from them again if we make our small final payment (as other reviewers has claimed). Unfortunately we are left with no choice but to file formal complaints with the proper authorities.

Lavender Landscape was a joy to work with. I met with a hand full of other companies and constantly felt either unheard or not a priority. Johanna and Adam took notes, listened to me and came up with a beautiful design. They then worked with me to keep within my budget giving me options. Johanna made changes directly to the 3D design in our meetings allowing me to visually see the changes. I am looking forward to the finished project. I am already recommending them to my friends.

Hailey is amazing. She took all of my wife’s ideas and turned it into the perfect design. Her attention to detail and creativity set our project at the next level. We couldn’t be happier.

Beyond impressed with Haley and crew at Lavender Landscape!! Hands down best in the business. The design process was seamless, and couldn’t love the final product more. Highly recommend!!

Please talk to people who hired them.
I want to save you from this incompetent pool company. They know how to design but can’t implement. My pool is 15 months past completion date. Had to turn them in to Arizona Register of Contractors. Four people in my neighborhood used them and all four had major issues. I will tell you about mine. They forgot to put gasoline in. They had to redo almost everything they did. They painted my patio covers instead of the stain finish.
They remove and block you on instagram.
Please do your homework before you hire them.
You will be so sorry.

Lavender was a joy to work with. The knowledge and expertise to not only answer our questions but give us brilliant ideas we never even thought about doing. From start to finish, it was awesome watching them work. The transformation was quick and super clean. Couldn't be happier with our backyard!! Highly recommend

Had landscape and pool designed and installed 5 years ago. A miscommunication caused me to leave a neg review, however, Haley reached out two weeks ago to understand what happened! Jody came by today and planted new plants for me. Now a happy, happy customer.

Project got off to a very rocky start and I had to stay on the company to put in irrigation and finish the job. Employees all very pleasant but in the end they failed to honor the guarantee on the plants.

We have done a couple of design projects with Hailee and have been very excited by the results. We implemented her vision exactly and it came out even better than the renderings. It was an important part of a major remodel and the consensus is that it really elevated the overall final result. We will use Hailee for any landscape project in the future.

We are currently working with Lavender landscaping for our back yard renovation. From the moment I put in my inquiry in online Xan followed up, answered my crazy questions and made sure we felt comfortable with the process. We were assigned Johanna as our designer! She hit it out of the park! She really listened to our wants visually and our needs as a family and created the most beautiful design! When we had to trim the team went through all the materials and layout to make sure we could keep the look of our design but keep it in budget. Super impressed so far with the process and responsiveness! We can’t wait to see the finished product.

We finalized our backyard design in late July and paid our deposit on August 6th, 2024. We were told the remodel would take 2–3 months after permits were issued, and that the project should be completed by the end of the year. However, nothing at all happened until January 2025—and only after I reached out due to complete radio silence from August through November.

Demolition moved quickly (likely because those invoices are larger and bring in more revenue), and we had a crew here most days in January and part of February. But by March, progress essentially stopped. We went 4.5 weeks with no work being done. I voiced my concerns and spoke with several people at the company, including the owner, who promised to get things back on track. Yet here we are, at the end of May, with a completely unusable backyard.

We’ve had no crew at all this week and were told it's due to “cash flow issues.” In the last 30 days, work has only been done on five of them—typically one day per week.

I was informed that filing a complaint with the ROC likely won’t go anywhere unless the project has been fully abandoned for 30–60 days. Conveniently, this company does just enough to avoid crossing that threshold. That said, I will still be filing. I also plan to contact the BBB and consult with legal professionals to understand what options we have.

I deeply regret not reading more reviews before signing with this company. They pitch a “luxury experience” and emphasize that their teams are in-house to make the process seamless for the customer. That has not been our reality.

At this point, we’ve paid $120K and are ten months into a project that was supposed to take five at most. Calls go unanswered, timelines are ignored, and accountability is nonexistent.

Based on our experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. I can’t speak to the glowing 5-star reviews they have—frankly, it’s hard to imagine they’re genuine, especially given the number of others I’ve since spoken to who have had similarly disappointing experiences. I've also heard of current lawsuits involving this company for related issues—though I can’t confirm that personally, I can absolutely confirm our own experience has been frustrating, expensive, and far from the luxury they promise.

Lavender to the rescue!!! We had a very challenging lot that needed 2 structures married together with landscaping. We hired Lavender after spending months not knowing how to proceed. Thank goodness we did. Their knowledge and creative ideas were beyond our expectations. They have been very responsive when we had questions and willing to meet at convenient times for us. Thanks to Lavender our lot with 2 homes will be the the shining spot in the neighborhood. I recommend Lavender to anyone without hesitation.

Do not hire this company unless you have suitcases of gold and a two year timeline to implement your project. We had gone in with the expectation of a 125k project and the initial proposal was 215k and didn’t meet any of our design requests. We asked to switch designers and got our project down to something respectable design wise but the budget was still 50k over budget. 175k for a 15x30 pool with a spa and pagoda, not even quality equipment and a 12 month build time! We decided to run from this company before signing a contract after having friends have to deal with the building headache of hiring them. It sounds like the don’t have good subcontractors or lack subs at all, bad communication, and bad project management. We built a modified plan off what we paid for (since there was so many design issues engineering wise) in two months dig to swim and 50k under budget with upgraded 4k pagoda and upgraded equipment. Do not hire this company, plenty of other great designers in the valley. Don’t get stuck in their trap, unless you’re dropping 500k or more. Maybe they won’t run a ponzie scheme on you.

We contracted Lavender Landscape to build a covered patio for our backyard. We worked with Claudia Q from the beginning to the end. She was extremely detail-oriented, patiently reviewed all the details with us, promptly responded to all our questions, and went above and beyond to address our concerns. Lavender Landscape promptly obtained a city permit for the project, started the project, and completed it on time. Our questions related to engineering, color, or other concerns were either answered by Claudia, or she consulted her engineer colleagues and responded. We are happy with the result and will definitely call Lavender Landscape for any future projects.

As soon as my project was started with the lavender team it was smooth sailing. The construction team was on time and at the project all day. Jody was my project manager and I can't speak more highly! He was always on top of it and VERY honest about everything! He continued to keep me informed every week. We had a few hiccups and him and the lavender team worked quickly to resolve which is KEY to customer happiness!! 5/5 stars for construction and Jodi!!
