A terrific technician who was forthright and demonstrated his integrity when acknowledging the pros along with cons in competitive bids. Showed up at my house after working a full day but exuded nothing but enthusiasm and positivity. Cody has my complete trust.

Cody did a SUPER job- not only checked our unit to make sure all was working as it should, but changed our filter and gave us a tutorial on our thermostat. He was courteous and neat and friendly- really cared if we were having any problems or had any questions!

Any kind of AC repair will be costly but they left me with a two year warranty so I'm happy.

Everything went great
It was my first free “winter tuneup” for my TOTAL replacement of all my HVAC equipment and a whole house surge protector since my electricity was going out practically every month it’s now much better all the farmland surrounding my subdivision is now full new houses so SRP did fix things but I feel much more secure knowing that I am protecting all my new appliances etc…I purchased when I moved in
Even got an additional return air vent installed in my living room
That makes 3 in my 1440 square foot home
