They really lived up to their name of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating because I had no heat and they were out in record time, fixed the problem and the Jake, technician, was efficient, knowledgeable and very very pleasant. All in all a good experience.

Our AC went out at 5 pm on a Tuesday. We called One Hour, and had an excellent experience. The customer service representative who took the call was gracious and helpful. We had Corey as our technician, who gave us a heads up before he arrived, was consummately professional and most importantly, fixed the problem in about 15 minutes flat. He took photos of the issue to show us what he was going to repair and took care of the work with no upselling. He was great with our dogs too :) The price of service was reasonable, particularly in light of the emergency nature of the service. We will definitely be using this company again.

AC went out and they came the same day on a Sunday. I have elderly living in the house and this was very appreciated. They gave me complimentary caps for my unit and even fixed our side gate as they noticed it was sagging a bit. Family owned and good people, couldn't ask for anything better. Their text included a link to leave a review and it did not work for me so I searched for them to leave this review. You will be in good hands with these people.

I couldn’t have asked for a better service tech. Jake was very thorough in his explanations of what he was going to do, and then in his explanation of what he found a very polite and very attentive thank you, Jake!

Earlier this month I was contacted by the courteous folks at 1 hour, informing me it was time for our heat pumps’ annual “check-up”. The folks at 1 hour make everything easy; from the annual reminder, to scheduling the appointment, to the great technician, Jake, who walked me through each of the system checks (very thorough) and the great shape our units are in.

Thanks to everyone at 1 hour for making it a pleasure to do business with you! I always feel like we’re in competent hands!

I appreciate their quick service and honesty. Even though I have to have a new unit installed, I know from prior research that they have offered a fair deal. If they can actually install it tomorrow (Sunday) I will be doubly impressed as well as grateful! UPDATE - Well they couldn't install it Sunday as they were at the mercy of the crane, but it was installed Monday. They did a great job.

One Hour service was able to schedule an appointment for the next day after work hours and showed up on time- not in a 5 hour window. Jake was friendly and helpful and walked me through the issues my unit was having and even went through to double check the entire system and set up in the attic to make sure there were no other issues. Would highly recommend.

Jake represented the company very well. He explained the process of cleaning ducts and went over the details of an air cleaner which would be installed in the furnace unit and how this would improve the quality of air in our home.
