Our tech Elijah was very professional and honest. He immediately offered to wear shoe covers in our home, which I tremendously appreciated. He was on time and communicated with my husband prior to arrival. He also took the time to explain things and answer my questions. Excellent service.

I had Earl out today to talk about new AC units. He was honest and straightforward, and he broke down all the pricing. When I do replace my units, I will use Alaskan.

Josh was amazing he came over very quick and assessed the issue with our AC unit and went over the options to fix the problem. He was able to fix our AC unit very quickly and was very professional thru out the process. We will definitely be using Alaskan for our future check ups for our house.

Dylan was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and provided valuable information on how to maintain a good working system, ie. changing of filters, temperature, etc. He arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of our two air conditioning units. The visit today was part of a 2 year maintenance plan, so the cost of the service has already been paid.

These guys are awesome … Nick was our technician on Sunday. Very polite, courteous, he was at our house pretty fast. We didn’t have to wait long. He took the time to answer all of our questions.
