He was very informative and was apologetic that he could not fix my AC today and that the cost of labor for what needs to be completed. He also intends to get the part that I need tomorrow morning and perform the work.

Update: Josh went to the dealer for my AC unit the first thing the following day (Tuesday) and obtained the necessary components he needed and called me to tell me he was heading directly to my house to perform the install. He did all of the work without me being there since I did not plan on having that day off. I came home to a working unit and my house at a comfortable temperature inside. Excellent customer service.

I found Alaskan air conditioning and heating to be a wonderful company and I would recommend them to anyone. My installers Damek, Milton, Kevin, and Frnny were Professional, clean, on time, friendly, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful their communication was.

We've been with Alaskan for some time now and I can't recall ever having a technician that didn't do a good job. Yesterday was a bit different in the best way. Caleb from the moment he arrived was on the ball. He was friendly & polite. He explained all the things he was going to do to find the problem as well as why it started. He took his time and then we we're given options on how to move forward with repairing. I feel you have a fantastic technician in Caleb, he is an asset to this company. His communication skills and all around vibe make him a pleasure to have in our home.

Nick was able to restore A/C to my home lickety split. I appreciate his efforts and quick response. Way to go Nick!

Had an issue with whole system power. Spoke with real person without navigating thru the "phone maze". Not an emergency. Scheduler offered early morning and Nick arrived and diagnosed the power issue then visually inspected the whole system and took the time to answer our questions regarding the most efficient use of our thermostat system.

We recently replaced our 23-year-old system with two new AC units — a big upgrade for our family! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and great to deal with. Tim and Kayla were easy to work with and very accommodating throughout the process.

A big shout-out to the installation team — Mario, Ammon, Edgar B., and Richie — for all their hard work. They kept us informed every step of the way, took great care to keep things clean, and made sure everything was put back perfectly.

Mario, Ammon,Gabriel and Fernando did removal and new install of 2 HVAC units recently at my address in Gold Canyon.

Other than minor drywall repair entire job was super. And they told me in advance that the ceiling hatch was very small and likely have to remove a little drywall to remove and install new.

We received initial information from a rep at Costco. The scheduling and rescheduling process was easy. The consultant, Joshua, arrived at my house and looked at the existing system and discussed the options available with confidence and explained things clearly that we decided to move forward. There was no pressure to buy anything. We felt comfortable and trusted the information we received that we decided to move forward. The very next morning, Jose and Danny arrived on time at around 6:30am. They were courteous and very careful moving the old and new equipment. I appreciated their professionalism and got them pizza for lunch. They did not want to sit on the dining chairs because they did not want to get the chairs dirty they said. Very respectful. Anyway, there was a LOT to be done (unit replacement outside and in the attic and ductwork replacement) but they worked quickly and efficiently! They completed the project in 10 hours! It was impressive especially with how hot it must be up in the attic. Wow! Jose walked me through how to use the S40 thermostat. They also did a great job cleaning afterwards. My wife and I are very pleased with our experience with Collins Comfort Masters and the employees we've worked with. We look forward to enjoying the new HVAC system for many years to come. Eric D did a replacement of my water heater and serviced my water softener system. Excellent job. Very professional and helpful.

The crew showed up on schedule, very professional, courteous and polite. By time they were done there was little that indicated they were even here. The new system was professionally installed and functioning very well. The lead made sure we knew what was happening at all time throughput the install. A great crew. I would recommend Collins to anyone who asked. Thanks very much.

I was told I needed to replace my fan motor for $1,200+ as it was leaking oil so I turned it in to my home warranty and paid the $95 service fee to have it fixed
Upon inspection, there was no issue with the fan motor. It was not overheating, no issues with bearings and electrical readings all in normal range. The motor has a seep hole for normal drainage. This was a scam by Collins to sell me in needed repairs
They did this at two of our family’s houses with same estimate

Saul took his time to explain everything he was doing in great detail which we appreciated. We had him install a filter to our water softener to better protect our investment. We are very pleased with his professional attitude and the quality of his workmanship.

We experienced a leak from our water heater, and Nick from Collins Comfort Masters was able to come out within two hours of my initial call to the office to help us fix it. He made recommendations on products and took the time to educate us without making us feel less knowledgeable. Nick was extremely thorough and careful, which we really appreciated. I have had a few different plumbers come to my home, and Nick treated both my home and my family with the utmost respect.

Collins Comfort technicians and installers were phenomenal from start to finish. Our technician who performed the service call was thorough, took the time to go over what he identified as issues with our existing mini split and went above and beyond to address our questions, concerns cost options. The two installers arrived on time with everything they needed to remove our old mini split and install the new unit. Their expertise and care taken to get it right was above and beyond other experiences we have had with other service providers. We would highly recommend Collins Comfort and they’ll be at the top of our list if should we need other services their company provides.

We have now used Comfort Masters for plumbing and now gas valve replacement. All of the workers have been fantastic. Chase was the last one to come out for a gas valve replacement and was great. Have a go to company now. Thank you for the introduction Costco.

Today I hired Collins Comfort Electrical LLC upon the recommendation of a friend. What a wonderful surprise!!!! Not only were their estimates on several jobs well within my budget, they completed the work in record time and did not have to come back to finish!!! I have had several complications with my house and have a few electrical professionals give me estimates that were terribly high and I wondered if they were taking advantage of me. (I am sure now that that was the case). Collins Comfort came highly recommended and I now can in-turn also highly recommend them. What a relief it is to know that there is an honest company out there!!!!! Polite. Professional. Punctual. Proud of their work, and look at the list of available services!!!!! I just found a gold mine!!!!!

I have used Collins at two different homes in the Valley, for multiple things including: annual AC maintenance, hot water heater maintenance, water softener issue, RO filtratration install, leaking toilet repair, and thermostat re-wire.

No one ever wants to have to call someone because of leaking toilet water on the bathroom floor, for example, but every single Collins tech has been professional, knowledgeable, and just incredibly helpful. They always explain exactly what they are doing and why. They take the time to offer detailed information and answer my questions. I never feel like a tech is rushing through an appointment or trying to upsell me.

I called for 3 opinions on my HVAC issues. Your service tech was by far the most competent and knowledgeable of the 3. So, I went with my gut feeling and had him do the work.
Just as a followup to this. Norris Air quoted me $7000 for a whole new system. Collins said they could get it running for $1300. They did, but the heat was not working the very next day so back they came. Loose wire apparently. Working now. Hopefully it continues to work.

Technician (Justin) was very professional and thorough - presented himself well, clearly described the checks he was going to perform, and the time it would take. Took extra care to put on shoe covers and placed a cover in the closet to prevents dust. After the job was completed, he explained the next steps and provided a clearly summary of the status,. Very satisfied with his work.
