I'm please with the way my Lennox heat pump is operating and I enjoy the ability to control my homes temperature from an App on my phone (very nice). I look forward to reduced electric bills and SRP rebates to follow.

Communication was good when setting up the appointment. Tech arrived in the window allotted and sent message when he would arrive. Grant, the tech, was very friendly and professional about his work. Got my kitchen sink drain line cleaned out which was causing some back up.

My entire experience has to do with the sales representative and his methods. In the end, I cancelled the purchase of an EcoWater RO system (with a remineralization add-on for $509) that came in at $2900 before the Collins Comfort and Costco rebates that subtracted $600. So, $2300.
I objected to his hard sell pressure to sign right away, the fact that he extolled the virtues while skipping the negatives, and his response to my "cold" water in the summer being way past the ideal 75 degrees, in fact over 100 degrees, which will damage, if not destroy an RO filter. Look it up! He told me it wasn't that hot (wrong) and that my system would work fine in my town. It took me days to learn enough to refute that and much of what else he claimed.
He was so nice if I accepted what he said, but either got testy, combative, or very silent/changed the subject when I refuted a claim. He never did give me other options, while saying that he would.
Finally, he did not send me my contract in a timely manner, wasting 2 days of my time to cancel. He said he got the wrong email address. By then, he had no credibility with me.
He insisted I could cancel anytime up until the unit was installed, but due to a Sunday and a Federal holiday I was able to do my research and cancel within the 3-day limit, and didn't have to test this.
IMO, there is a reason they don't advertise their prices publicly, and insist on an in-home visit to purchase their product.

Both installers (Mario and Ammon) were dependable, effecient and personable. They were helpful to explain the installation process. Collins is fortunate to have them as techs. Carlos was very good at explaining everything thoroughly. All went over and above to perform. Even the crane operator was friendly. Well done and would recommend. Blessings, Jerilyn.

Had an RO unit installed, great service friendly and cordial people to deal with. Install was fast and did a great job.
As with anything to do with plumbing it was quite expensive, more than warranted.
But hey, no other complaints.

Eric gave fabulous service every minute that he was here. It is because of his service and knowledge and care that I even ordered the new water softener.

Eric made me feel valued and heard the entire time he was here and made sure that I understood everything about my new softener and the app. I am very glad he was the person that came to my house today.

Coady has provided outstanding customer service on multiple occasions. As a manager, he personally assisted me with challenges related to a water softener installation, ensuring every detail was thoroughly addressed and all of my concerns were resolved. More recently, I reached out to him regarding a separate plumbing issue, and once again he was timely, professional, and extremely helpful. He provided a quote and scheduled an appointment within 24 hours of my inquiry. Keep up the great work—it truly does not go unnoticed!

Chris was very pleasant, informative, and professional throughout the quote process. Collins Comfort Masters did an outstanding job installing our two new air conditioning systems. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. They worked neatly, communicated clearly, and ensured everything was completed to the highest standard.

Service Tech arrived on time, fixed the problem and installed a new thermostat for me. Instructed me on the Application and use. Overall knowledgeable guy and helpful. Costs were cohesive and I will likely use them in the future.

Tyrel Potter came out on time to our House in COOLIDGE AZ VERY POLITE he introduced himself to my wife and self, Before he start he explained to us what he is about to do then he did the water test he went through step by step on what he is doing after that Process he explained IN details what we were happening with the water with all that TOXIC in AZ water he then open up his computer he showed us the three Different types of water softener systems and explained each one of the system and how they works and the results we will get from each one of them as I called them GOOD, BETTER, BEST, then TYREL give us sometime for my wife and I to make our Decision we came to our Decision and choose the BETTER one UNFORTUNATE I DID NOT make A NOTE of the Model of the Softener. At no point Did Mr. Tyrel pressure us in choosing which one of the whole House softener to purchase. He was VERY Profesional from starting to Finish. His Resume was very impressive..

Technician (Sam) was great. Very knowledgeable, polite & efficient. I was only expecting to replace my seals but after his inspection we discovered several items in need of replacement. This was due to years of neglecting some routine items that apparently didn’t get explained when the unit was installed 15 years ago. Sam gently guided me from my anticipated $200 expense to the $1500 final cost.

It was a great experience from start to finish. The people were extremely helpful and cared about making sure our needs were met. Victoria Malley came to our home and explained why Collins Comfort Masters was the right decision. Then Mario and Ammon did the install and within 3 hours we had our HVAC system replaced and running. They checked all the functions to insure it was running properly. The installation was complete and they arranged to have all the old HVAC/parts removed shortly after.

Andrew was knowledgeable, professional, kind, and answered all of our questions, even those not directly related to our problem (the water softener setup). He worked efficiently and went beyond to address other unknown issues with our water softener setup! Collins, itself, was also great - it got our appointment scheduled relatively quickly and honored the install warranty without any problems. Overall, despite the need for calling them, Collins made it as painless an experience as possible, which we greatly appreciate!

Mario & Ammon were fantastic. Big job for them and kudos for getting it all done in one day! Very happy with the operations of it all. Very happy with the results, can’t wait to see how it does when it’s 118 out.

Mario and Ammon did a stellar job! Showed up early got done early Ask for them if they are available. Arron what’s my initial contact when he gave me an estimate? I told him I’ll get a couple more bids and get back to you. I had three bits. Tell me that I would be responsible for drywall work because our unit was in the attic and they needed to cut a hole in the ceiling. My first thought was great. I’ll get a new AC and I’ll have to deal with painters and contractors to fix my ceiling in the middle of my living room. after multiple bid they weren’t Necessarily the lowest, but they certainly weren’t the highest so I asked about the ceiling Arron w/Collins comfort he told me if we need to make a hole. We’ll make a hole and fix it. We have a whole team that will take care of any repairs so I went with them - I did have access to the attic through the laundry room 20 x 25 Ish typical access But it certainly wasn’t convenient to get an air handler out the installers, Mario and Arron Remove the air handler piece by piece and fed the pieces through the small access hole And then had to disassemble the new unit feed the pieces up and rebuild it up in my attic, and add back my air scrubbers which they did phenomenal job !! Showed up an hour early was done by 3:00 PM. It was 106 out that day. Probably 125 or better in the attic no complaints part of the job handshake in a smile to a job. Well done.
I wanted to add they were the only company that could install the next day this was Friday going into the weekend Arron assured me they will be here in 730 am they showed up a 630am …the all other bids were not next day maybe next week or no real answer at all.

From our intitial meeting with Tyrell via our Costco appointment, to Hunter the service/installer, such a pleasure to work with! Tyrell was GREAT in understanding what we wanted to put in place and helping us make the best choice for what we wanted. Hunter was polite, courteous, and got right to work installing our Ecowater RO and filtration system. I really appreciated how thorough he was and that he left everything spotless when he was done. Collins All About Water definitely deserves a five-star rating. Its people did an excellent job of replacing a water heater and installing a two-component water purification system. On his own time, the lead person, Eric Drummond, came to my house on a Sunday to assess what I needed and prepare a very reasonable estimate. He and a second installer arrived about two weeks later to do the installation. It consisted in the garage in addition to the water heater an Eco Water conditioner/refiner and, inside my kitchen, an under sink drinking water system. Immediately upon their arrival, Eric and his associate had the units and their accompanying parts ready to go. Part of the work required the extension of a pipe through a wall to an outdoor tap. It also required a special electrical connection that Eric devised. The job took four hours, less time than I expected. They did not, however, rush the work. They were extremely courteous. It clear they cared that I would be satisfied. I especially appreciated Eric’s highly informed instructions on operating the two water systems. Great experience. If I should have water needs in the future, Collins is who I will call.

We had them install a water softener and an on demand water heater. They came to the house to do the quote the day after our call. They installed both items two days later. Wow, you can't ask for better service than that !
