We hired SST to install camera's all the way around our house. When the salesman came out we went over location of camera's. When it came time for the installation that was a whole different thing installers say we can't install 4 of our cameras where the salesman said we could. I think the installers just wanted an easy install not work for the $8000 we paid to have the job done the way it was sold.

Now for the quality of our cameras we were told by the salesman we would be able to talk and hear through our cameras. We are not able to do this we called and told them about this issue someone came out and tried getting this resolved but was unable. We have friends that have bought camera systems for 1/4th of the price that have better picture sound & can talk through them clearly. DO NOT USE SST there a big company with no customer service!

Jesse and Luis were awesome. Very polite, handled the TV with care, asked questions and cleaned up and vacuumed before leaving. If I ever need service from Smart Systems Technologies again, I would request the two of them for my service call. Thank you both every much.

I am extremely impressed with the service I have received from SST; specifically from the sale and service departments. The manner in which Garret (who I assumed owned the company) treated me during the start-up, account process and Daniel who facilitated the installation and maintenance process was nothing short of extraordinary! This company is well represented through these gentleman and after experiencing a very professional and resolute conversation with Anthony, I felt compelled to write this review.

We were having issues with our internet fluctuating and decided to have an SST technician come out to check our Wireless Access Points. Jesse, our technician, was extremely knowledge and went above and beyond. Not only did he check that the connections on our WAPs were good, but he also helped us pinpoint the issue with our fluctuating internet coming from our ISP's modem. He also pointed out that our WAPs were very old/outdated and suggested we change to another newer model to help with weaker connections in our downstairs bedroom. After installation, our wifi speeds became much faster and signal range is much better that before. I also asked him questions about adding additinal wiring to our house and he gave us a connection of someone who could help us with that work. Overall, he was a top notch guy and I'm definitely going to recommend SST to my friends and coworkers.

We wanted to thank SST once again for great service. Between Adriana scheduling and Joe handling the service call it was awesome. Joe helped us understand our new security cameras and how we can view old history. He did make some changes to areas being monitored which will reduce the number of notifications we will receive. We appreciated Joe showing us how the cameras operate and what they have to offer.

SST provides white glove service for our home builder. I set most of the technology up myself, but Jesse from SST stopped by to drop off some equipment and was VERY helpful and *extremely* knowledgeable. He was willing to answer all my questions - and offered me a ton of advice for future low voltage projects. I would give me more stars if I could! I really enjoyed the interaction.

I had an exceptional experience with the SST team from Garrett walking me through the products, ability to not only sell and install the surround sound and audio speaker system in multiple rooms including my patio, but also able to install dimmer switches, TV mounts, and ceiling fans. Made my life so much easier and the pricing was competitive. I also had a great experience with the alarm system install. I must give a special kudos to Mack, Jesse, Eric, and Luis. They were super professional, funny, worked diligently to get the job done correctly and walked me through all systems to ensure I was confident on how each device or system would be use. They left the space clean each day and were here early to ensure plenty of time to complete the job. Such a great experience! I’ll see them again soon for additional work and I have great confidence based upon the work already completed. I greatly recommend SST as they can help in more ways than expected. I don’t write reviews unless I’m overly satisfied and I was very pleased.

Miguel called ahead to let us know he was on his way and the approximate time of arrival. Removed the previous alarm devices and installed SST equipment. Tested every device. Linked the system to my ring doorbell and my touchpad keyless entry front door. Throughly went through the system with us, answered any questions we had. Great experience with the installation.

We have used SST for about a year and are very happy with the service. Jesse was out most recently for a couple items I wanted addressed/fixed. He was awesome. He was very polite and informative trying to both help me understand the system and take care of any issues. I would highly recommend SST and will be requesting to have Jesse do any work/additions/upgrades I need in the future.

From the initial consultation with Daniel Mendivil regarding issues with our carbon monoxide detector and a system upgrade, to scheduling the technician and speaking with Jennee Swartz about questions related to the SST contract, it was a pleasure working with the SST team. I was impressed by the quick turnaround from emails to phone calls--something that doesn't happen very often these days. Our technician Miguel was both professional and personable, taking he time to explain everything on site and thoroughly answered all our questions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we truly appreciated the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire SST team.
