Mike and his crew put in sidewalk pavers along with a drainage pipe along the side of our house. They completed the project in a timely manner after the project was approved by our HOA. We just had a heavy rain and the water drained away from our house as it was supposed too and the pavers remained solid. Thanks again guys!

Mike and his team recently remodeled and updated our backyard by removing and rebuilding a bbq, updating our fireplace, installing a retaining wall and additional travertine pavers as well as additional plants/shrubs and new lighting. They were responsive, thorough and detail oriented from start to finish; from the design plan and ordering of materials, to setting a realistic timeline and budget (and sticking to them!), to being sure we were satisfied with the completed project. Mike was on site many days and working side by side with his team to ensure all was done as planned and to code. He and his crew were punctual, hardworking and took pride in the job, as though they were working at their own homes. Mike was quick to respond to our questions and guided us through the steps with the city and our HOA. His 20 years experience in the industry was evident in his knowledge and in the relationships he has built with his workers and the vendors he used. We are delighted with our backyard and would go straight to Mike for any other projects in the future! We can't say enough about the quality job Inspired Custom Pools and Landscape did for us!

I would highly recommend Inspired Custom Pools and Landscape (ICPL) to anyone who wants to make your front and backyard dreams a reality. Mike started out by visiting our new home (Quick Move-in) and discussing our vision for the front and backyard (all dirt, blank canvas). After a brief meeting and sharing idea pictures, he took those learnings and provided us with a design that incorporated everything we wanted and more. We decided to move forward with ICPL and he and his teams worked tirelessly over the entire project to deliver above and beyond our expectations. With ICPL, you get a dedicated owner that is always available and effectively communicates all aspects of the project. Mike will be coordinating all aspects of the materials ordering/delivery and optimal timing of work. He was often on-site overseeing and working alongside the crews, sweating during the heat of the summer. He worked with our HOA to get approvals, obtained all of the required city permits, provided alternatives and suggestions to make the end product even better and always tried to meet or exceed the promised milestones. I can’t say enough about the quality of the materials, work and craftmanship. We had no issues with the workers, who were always courteous and cleaned up every day. They figured out a way to keep our dogs safe and prevented them from escaping with the 10 foot section of our block wall down for access to our backyard by building a sliding door with plywood. Our project took about nine months to complete and during the work, it seemed like it would never end, but there was always a rhyme or reason for each aspect. Looking back on the start to finish, it now seems like a breeze. ICPL honors their work and provides an excellent warranty on all aspects. A perfect example of that is our plants that didn’t make it upon initial planting. Mike worked with us to replace them, including the largest, our 24 gallon Queen Palm that was impacted by planting and a wind storm. We were taught how to use all of the equipment and even after the project is finished, Mike is available to ask questions or support warranty requests for our pool and spa. Mike takes serious pride in his work, utilizes his 20+ years in the business to be creative and built to last. If you are looking for an honest, full service contractor to turn your dirt into an oasis, you can’t go wrong with Inspired Custom Pools and Landscape.

When we moved to our new house in PV, we loved the location, but knew the yard needed some love. “Some” love turned into an understatement after we decided to scrap what was there and start over. Cue Mike. We had worked with him before at our prior house and knew we could trust him to be honest and design a resort like yard to match the beautiful PV setting. Mike and his team (those guys are awesome!) designed and built an entirely new, gorgeous, resort like backyard that our family will enjoy and entertain in for years to come. They were timely, honest, responsive and all around a pleasure to work with. Mike is enthusiastic, trustworthy and professional! He has a lot of expertise about the pool and landscape design business so navigating through a project is easy and reliable. The result is amazing! We refer him to all our friends.

Mike Trail at INSPIRED Custom Pools and Landscape does more than just pools. He completely transformed our backyard. He was there every step of the way from first initial walk through of our yard and design to the final walk through when the project was complete. His design came to life and was great for the space. We now have an an extended patio with top of the line products recommended by Mike Trail and turf for our dog Honey to run around and relax on. We would highly recommend INSPIRED to anyone looking not just for a custom pool but for any sort of landscape transformation. His crew was great and although Mike is the business owner he is out on the job site often making sure everything is going according to plan. Mike is a true professional, who responded to all of our emails and texts in a timely manner. Can't say enough about how great Inspired Custom Pools and Landscape is. If we decide to add a pool to our yard or if we ever move and want work done on the backyard/pool we are calling Mike Trail and Inspired.
