Mark and his team at RCS Builders did an outstanding job helping us to put our condo back together after a significant water leak which damaged our kitchen, dining room, and front bathroom as well as the ceiling in our downstairs neighbor's garage.
Mark has a wide range of skilled subcontractors who were able to seamlessly repair and paint all the walls removed during the mitigation process for mold, reroute the plumbing to accommodate a new vanity in the bathroom, match new lower cabinets, and upgrade the countertops and sink in the kitchen.
Communication was excellent with RCS and Dan the project foreman kept us informed of the sequence and timing for the various subcontractors over the weeks and regularly was on site to take care of issues as they arose. We are very pleased with the work they have done for us.

I had water damage in the garage and a bedroom due to a really bad water heater leak. I can honestly say that RCS Builders did a superb job with the restoration. Luis and his coworker were prompt, professional, and friendly. The completed work actually looked better than the entire area looked originally as they use high quality material. I would HIGHLY recommend RCS for any flooding restoration and related services needed. I live in NW Glendale in the Deer Valley area. But I understand they are valleywide. I will definitely use them again if any similar situation occurs.
