Mark and his team were easy to work with, and communicated in a very timely manner. The work of restoring our home from water damage turned out perfectly.

We had a surprise leak on New Year’s Day that destroyed an upstairs bathroom and the living room and flooring underneath it. The folks at RCS did a fantastic job helping us to fix the damage. I don’t know what we would have done without them!

The whole process was very straight forward and communication was something I could tell they took pride in. I would recommend to anyone that cares about value and honesty . I worked with RCS though an insurance claim to restore my kitchen and bedroom sliding door .

When a pipe broke causing severe damage to my home I didn’t know where to turn, fortunately, I contacted RCSbuilders. They immediately started the recovery process and had a mitigation team on site quickly, worked closely with my insurance company and preformed the restoration of my home. Mark worked hard to stay within the amount the insurance would cover yet was open to any changes I wanted to make and stayed in contact with me through the entire process. He reduced the stress of the situation and gave me the impression he actually cared about me and wasn’t just taking advantage of my situation.

Had great service from everyone at RCS Builders for our home in Gilbert.
Tub in upstairs bathroom cracked and ton water leaked through and soaked ceiling below when son was showering. They showed up and took car of all the clean up and repair etails.....we have expensive crown molding that was also ruined .....they replaced ceiling drywall, stucco looks perfect ...crown molding looks perfect! They took care of all insurance claim details, no headaches. We did not need to contact anyone else since they took care of everything professionally. Their craftsmanship was exceptional and they treated us like family.

I recently employed RCS Builders in Tempe, AZ....MARK and his staff To clean up my mobile home lot in a park after my mobile home burnt down. A monumental task, not only did they come in at half the cost of other bids, they completed it in a record 2 days. Absolutely on task every minute, the contractors were so very kind and considerate to me.....this was a devastating time with my home of 45 years.
