I called in with questions about my potential project, The office folks were great. Jessica and Frances answered all my questions.

Had a leak in our kitchen during the holidays but Derek, Cam, and Logan came out quickly to take care of things. They made sure to come out immediately and started the mitigation process to get our kitchen back up and running. They were professional and polite. Would highly recommend this company based on our experience.

My hot water heater in my garage failed and leaked into the wall. Serv Pro of West Central Tempe came out and did a beautiful job with the demolition, and cleanup of mold that had occurred within only two days. They did a fabulous job, they showed up promptly and it was done so quickly. I highly recommend them! Alex C and Israel C were on the job and were fabulous. They took all the stress out of what it happened.

Brandon, Sean and Gabby have been awesome to work with so far. Super efficient and have gone above and beyond to answer all my questions.

Austin and Josh are very professional and did an amazing job. They answered my questions and explained what to expect with the process. They had to completely gut the kitchen because of the mold and water damage.

Sandra and Ortega were at my home today as a Pack Team. They did an excellent job as a team moving furniture out of 2 different bedrooms, one upstairs, due to water damage. They were very careful with the items being moved and of not marking up any walls in the process. Sandra was great at explaining the procedure and that was much appreciated.

This is the second time I have worked with ServPro (unfortunately) and they have been great to work with both times. They show up when they say they will. They are respectful of the property, responsive, and do a great job. Austin and Logan are both extremely professional and helpful. I highly recommend!!

Israel Carreon was our fabulous lead technician. He and David Ortega, crew member, were very efficient and Israel’s patience and communication skills were excellent. They and Marcello, Vladi and Jerry
were respectful of our property and helped us deal with the disruption to our routine by taking care of anything that needed to be moved or staged. Our home was left clean at the end of each visit.

Jessica and Frances are such great office ladies. They answered the phone in the middle of the night when I needed my house dried out, they were super accommodating and help make the process super smooth for me. I would highly recommend the Servpro of west central Tempe.

RCS helped me out when I had water damage to my floor in Phoenix, AZ. They mitigated the damage and helped me with my entire repair and rebuild. They were communicative, timely, professional. RCS did a really great job restoring flood damage in our Anthem house. They got the job done in a timely manner and respected both my wife and I as well as our home.
