Santana was amazing at troubleshooting the leak. He marked where the damage ended, put up an air scrubber and dehumidifier. His professionalism was outstanding and guided us through the remainder of the process.

Top notch service, our house flodded last weekend with the crazy rainvstorm/flash flooding that hit us. We tried to get the water out ourselfs but we were no match. So I called Zona and spoke with Mary, told her what was going on and she knew exactly what we needed and had a crew at our door with in 30 min of calling. I was blown away by the companies quicknes and professionalism. Mary obviously knows the buisness inside and out. She sent tge guys over with all the right equipment and with in hours they had all the water cleaned up and a whole aray the of fans and other speciality machines( that I had no idea existed) that dried out our walls and flooring. I'm glad I decided to call because I had no idea how baf it could have been if I just did a clean up myself I had no idea how quick mold could form and how bad it could have been. Zona Restoration was extremely helpful when I received a “possible mold in the air ducts” report on my new house. The field supervisor Chris called me promptly to confirm the appointment and the instructions on how to access the house as I’m not yet in the state. I also spoke with Tonia at the Zona office who was very helpful and expedient in getting me scheduled and explaining each step. Luckily we received a good report on the mold issue, but I have saved this company’s info as I’ll contact them if I need their services in the future.

We had a water heater leak while we were gone. Had lots of water damage in our master closet and garage. They arrived on a Saturday and checked in with us almost daily until it was dry. Santana was our most constant team player. He was very polite, always courteous and informative. You could tell he took a lot of pride in his work and was willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

I really like this company. Tonia, who answered my call, was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. So often you call a business and your questions can not get answered. The manner it which she explains the process for a mold inspection was clear and not multi layered and confusing. There were no hidden costs and no upselling which I appreciate. Chris came to do the testing and he too was amazing. This is a company that is easy to work with. Also, they don’t use fear tactics… honesty is the best policy and this organization is a good choice for your mold inspection needs.
