We had re-roofing, stucco repairs and whole house exterior painting done. The GreenGo team were careful and thorough in their work, and we found Lance Leytem to be very responsive to queries.

Lance came out immediately to assess a ceiling/flat-roof leak that developed during a heavy monsoon rain. He was the only one willing and able to do a temporary repair on the spot (without even asking for payment up-front) to see us through. That in itself was above and beyond my expectations. He even got rid of a hornets nest with out charge. What was amazing is Lance said it wasn't time for a total roof repair yet but could use an overlay instead of a roof replacement. We called him back when the vents were leaking again after a moonsoon. He didn't find a roof leak, but did find shoddy duct work where the water was coming in & took pictures. We had an HVAC guy come & replace all the duct work which stopped the leaks. My point is Lance could have sold us on a total roof install but took the high road to diagnose the problem
