We’re up at a neighbors home and asked if they could fix a pond float and tolet not draining . Siad they come by when done. Never did proper work and changed 125.00 siad they would come back . Did not called and FINALLY came by they said and fixed the pond floats but was not home as they came by when going by there friend home they said .still not working and do not know what they did since they siad they came by without them making time And was not there when they said stoped by. NEVER WORKING . Siad busy and would call this time and let know .NEVER NEVER a came by nor called kept calling and she answered phone said busy . Than handed to him and he said that Friday he would drop by the money padded and could have someone eles fix it. That was over a mo ago, DO NOT RETURN TEXT OR MANY CALLs. Just a sweet recording. Seemed very nice. Will not answer calls and never returned finds as promised. Seem like nice people. Makes you not want to trust anyone.

Unfortunately, I’ve had a few plumbing problems, but, fortunately, I found Rogiers Plumbing and they have fixed all my issues professionally, quickly, and affordably. Richard and Julie are amazing!

I had my kitchen remodeled and Richard was the great plumber the company used. I have lived in Tucson a long time and it’s so wonderful to finally have the best plumber in town for all my future work. He’s just so chill and nice and really really good at installing, and fixing everything. You can tell he knows his stuff and is such a nice person. Thank you so much Richard. Kathy Keeley

I cannot recommend this company enough. This is the first google review I’ve ever done, but I’m writing it immediately because I am so impressed. As a first time homeowner, my husband and I were a bit lost on what to do with our first plumbing issue. I called Rogiers based on a friend’s recommendation and I was so glad I did. Julie answered the phone and was so incredibly kind. I called around 8:30 in the morning and explained the issue we were having and said I was hoping someone could come out the same day. They were at my house within an hour and by 9:45, the problem was fixed. My husband and I feared it would be really expensive, especially since it was an emergency-type situation where they had to come quickly. It was extremely reasonable - I couldn’t believe my husband when he told me how much it was. Based on reviews of other companies, other places would have charged 3-4 times as much. It’s so hard to find companies where they actually care about customer and we really felt cared for. Next time we have a plumbing issue, we will definitely be calling Rogiers.

Wow! Richard went above and beyond. Very prompt and hassle free service. Hard to find reliable/non-flaky contractors right now but this guy is great. He came well recommended to me and I have to agree. He is busy (deservedly so) but made time to squeeze my repair in less than 24 hours from my call. AWESOME!

Richard Rogiers has helped us with plumbing issues at our residential home several times now. We find him very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Honesty is a quality he has. We are comfortable with his diagnosis of our problems and results from his work.

We found Rogiers Plumbing after trying several others in the OV/Marana area and are so glad we found them. They are a husband and wife team (Richard and Julie) that get top marks all the way around. First, they are knowledgeable and efficient at what they do, they are prompt and professional, reasonable priced and just good people! At various times they have replaced our water heater, kitchen faucet, house recirculating pump (for hot water) and of course emergency leakage call. Highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Richard and Julie are the plumbers you should call for anything. I had a small job and they were on time and stood by their work. They are friendly, honest, and affordable. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs and so should you.

What amazing customer service and plumbing service too! They listened to my description of the situation and were here within hours! When the job required other services, they called them and had everything fixed for half the price of a quote I had gotten from one of the bigger companies. I love supporting local small businesses. It certainly paid off with Rogiers.

The best decision we have made in recent years is hiring Richard to restore our Catalina Foothills home to its original beauty. He and his crew did it all! Plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, concrete work, mortar repair, appliance removal and installation, etc. Richard personally went out of his way (and all over Tucson) trying to find parts to fit our custom built home. He was thorough in his assessment of the home and uncovered many problems that would have been more costly and inconvenient to fix down the road. And if he couldn’t fix the problem, he brought in the people who could fix it. His hardworking, reliable crew was at our home nearly every day for six weeks. Thanks to Final Touch, our home is now as perfect as possible. And Richard will always be our first call if we need anything at all. I highly recommend Final Touch! Thank you, Final Touch.

Onsite manager and owner are both non-responsive. I called to see the criteria future employees must meet for applying, they ask for 5 years experience in carpentry and landscaping, I told them I had none of either, they proceeded to call me in for an application to be filled out -- a waste of time, no call back after CALLING ME to come in after said qualifications have not been met. It is one thing to fill out an application but another to ask someone to come in after ones said they did not meet their requirements and then fill out an application, along with ignoring the person. I suggest after applying here, start applying somewhere else if you happen to be in the same situation, or better yet, do not bother if they did first. 👍 - REPLY TO OWNER - This incident did indeed happen and I for sure did apply after receiving a call from your nephew (Branson) or also known as the onsite manager, he was very polite but it also seems you guys did indefinitely waste my time if my application is not in a reject pile, obviously it has just been thrown away. This incident also probably happened while you were on the phone with Branson. I suggest you not to report this comment because it is relevant to this business. I aslo see some names in the reviews that are the same as some workers names... I do not know what you are running here but it sure is a conundrum! Save your records, save your voicemails, maybe then you would have been able to know I stopped by after leaving the voicemail, and the two phone calls, one by me, and the other by Branson-- calling me in to fill out an application after I said I had no experience-- your nephew. Yet again, Branson, great guy but terrible to hear my application was not even considered, hence your uncles reply.... This comment to is indeed relevant to this business, so it will NOT be revoked, shall it be after you report it- another review will come your way with this potential future incident of you trying to just get a 5 star review.
