Right from the start, this was a professional job. They arrived on time, set about things quickly and quietly, were friendly in the process and seem to have done excellent work. We're really pleased and will work with them again in the future.

I keep going back! Repairs and new roof for my own home, parents' home and rentals. They simply get it done. I don't worry about anything when they do the work. I simply email them, they get back to me right away and the rest falls in to place.

This company is totally unprofessional. My neighbor used this company to fix their roof. Since there roof is not accessible from the street (townhouses), Durazo Roofing decided to access my neighbors house by walking on my roof and crossing over (which woke my family up). I run outside and have some words with the roofers. They refused to give their company information or ROC (truck didnt have any information or list a business name) and they were cocky.

The cops were called and agreed that this company should not be walking on my roof to access my neighbors and directed them not to do it anymore. The owner of Durazo Roofing came out and talked to the cops but never said a word to me. So imagine what he will do if you have a leak in your roof after his work is done or if he is liable for his workmanship? He will dodge you just like he did us. The roofers most likely were trying to case out my yard, based on their body language, they got scared when I asked for their ROC and why they were on my roof. I would warn everyone to stay away from Durazo Roofing LLC.

Definitely recommend Durazo's Roofing. During the last rain storm we discovered water pooling under the paint in our bedroom ceiling. It seemed apparent to us that our roof had developed a crack along the chimney-to-tile roof interface. We were anxious to get the roof repaired before the next rain. I contacted several roofers to get an estimate. Durazo's Roofing was able to provide a quick estimate that was very reasonable and the proposed repair task was equivalent to the extent of work we expected was required. *Glad I get multiple estimates as another roofer I contacted proposed a repair that required the removal of a much larger portion of the tile roof which was far more expensive and seemed excessive to us. When Jesus Durazo did his initial inspection of the roof he took the time to speak with me, identified what the problem was that caused the leak, identify the proposed repair and answered any questions I had. He also surveyed the entire roof and including in his estimate the replacement of any broken tiles. Proposed repair included the addition of extra protection, via a metal plate, that will protect new underlayment from experiencing the UV damage that resulted in the initial crack. On day repair task was scheduled Jesus arrived during expected time slot. When work was completed Jesus went over what was done. He also informed me that he had added tiles, where possible, to protect existing underlayment around the chimney that was left exposed from original roof job. Jesus is very polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and appeared to take pride in his work. I never felt like he took any short cuts.

We have used Durazo’s on two of our homes and were extremely pleased with the response time, quality of work and the affordable and reasonable prices. We recommend them to our family and our customers and all are extremely pleased!

Durazo repaired poor workmanship performed by another roofing company. Durazo employees are professional, courteous, and their work is outstanding. Mr. Durazo Is among the most honest and fair professionals I have ever met. I sincerely and very strongly recommend his company.

I contacted the company concerning a repair on a mobile home roof. They came and reviewed the job and gave me an estimate. The estimate was reasonable and I wanted to have the job done.
I called them to set an appointment and they asked me to send them a copy of the job estimate ... which I did. I never heard from them. I then called them leaving a message on their answering machine ... no response. I then faxed them a letter along with a copy of the estimate requesting a response from them one way or the other.
To date, I have not heard a word from them.
I would not recommend this company.

I contacted Durazo's Roofing to do a small replacement of about 10 feet of fascia that was going bad. The woman who answers the phone was very nice and set up a date for the workers to come out to replace it. Workers showed up on time and left the job-site clean. I had a few minor issues with the work they did so I called the office. Mr. Durazo was super quick to respond and fixed the small issues. The job looks amazing and I will definitely be contacting them in the future to do more work. Very pleased!

I love this company! They put a beautiful metal roof on our house last year and after our neighbor accidentally hit the corner of the roof with a giant plumbing truck (long story) Jesus, the owner, came and fixed it for us himself! It was completely reasonably priced too. Great business, great employees, great owner.
