We were novices at the new flooring process. It can be a complex process involving acquisition, prep, moving, painting, baseboards etc. Home Depot had a great customer service rep who guided us through the process and identified many issues we needed to face. Can’t thank her enough.

It was okay we didn't like all the dust and didn't know that there would be because they had to level the floor out. The end result of the flooring was nice. One of the installers has to use our bathroom and he was in there for 30 minutes on a phone taking a crap! I don't think that was really appropriate. I'm still waiting on another statement to see if I was refunded the $231 for the trim that we had to get out of North Carolina on my original bill?!

We had carpet installed in the living room and bedroom. The installers were on time, professional, efficient and did a quality install. The entire process was easy and well communicated. We are pleased with the results.

I am SO happy with the guys and the job they did installing my new carpet! It was over the holidays and when I originally scheduled I told them I was sad they could not install before company came . The installer called 3 days before Christmas and said they could reschedule for Christmas Eve day! Joy! They did such an excellent job and even helped us fix a bit of floating floor we had installed in the room from garage to entrance hall.
They were fast, on time and expert in the install .

This was the worst experience possible. We had cabinets installed. Followed by countertops and then tile flooring. When stating a problem to be fixed to the installers, instead of just fixing it, they would tell me why it's better that way. Flooring took 2 weeks and an addition Saturday the following week to fix because the installer, (1 person) messed up and had to remove all of their work. They started on a Monday and come Friday they had absolutely nothing to show for their work. Once they had finished their last cleaning job, the grout was left on top of the tile everywhere. My families mental sanity working with people coming into our house has been a complete nightmare and I would NEVER choose them again.
We also had some appliances purchased and delivered by Home Depot and the men doing the delivery were unprofessional and inexperienced. We were left with a gas leak in our garage and a damaged oven range. From different deliverers.

Mark from this HVAC company came to inspect our heating system before winter, and he was excellent. He did a thorough job checking all the components and cleaning the filters. Mark explained how to improve efficiency and even adjusted the settings for better airflow. He was polite and clearly very knowledgeable. I appreciated how patient he was with all my questions. The system runs great now. Highly recommend Mark!
