Have heard many complaints about installers for a variety of products had to redo things more than once

Ordered custom blinds, people screwed up the order third party company use to install wasn't very good, had to go all the way to corporate to get issues corrected.

Great work by installers.

Couldn't really get anyone to pick up the heavy items I needed. 1 person did assist. Had to put my order on hold at customer service & the gal acted like I was inconveniencing her. So many people without a job & she wants to have an attitude. Wish I could have ordered online!

Service tech was punctual and thorough, clearly communicating about a corroded flange that had to be replaced before finishing toilet installation

Unfortunately not worth the time or money. HVAC units work perfectly except for airflow to one particular room (which the system was extended to), and their assessment was that we need new units. Wouldn't use again.

Had some roof tiles and vent tile come loose from a micro burst. Vicente had everything back in place in 30 minutes. Great service and fair pricing .

Vincente and his crew did a great job. Quality materials, on time, polite, picked up. Vincente even had an HVAC company come out to fix something else on the roof. He made all the calls and had the work done. I highly recommend Sierra Roofing.

Steward did some repairs on my porch. Did an excellent job, great timing, and price was reasonable.
