I haven't used them yet for an actual repair or job. However, I've been interacting a lot with them on the phone answering questions about my roofing concerns. Courtney is a rockstar!

They are honest and good roofers. I’ve had them swing by only to say that nothing needed to be fixed at the moment (after the kid’s ball was removed from the gutter).

I have used them twice and they have always shown up when expected and have done a fantastic job. Last time it was on an addition and the made it blend into the current house so you can't tell the diffrence. As for thier workers they are a really nice group of guys and professional. Good job guys!

Do not use this company if you have an insurance claim. After informing them that I had a major claim and the funds would be run through the mortgage company and delayed, they said no problem and accepted the job. I have kept them informed on the progress of payment but the phone calls have been nothing short of rude and beginning to border on harassment. Go with someone else. And

Castle Roofing has taken care of a few roofs in my family and their quality is second to none. The people they have are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had my roof recoated last week. A nice gentlemen came out and answered all my questions. Roof looks great very happy. Will defiantly use again in the future.

After a bad storm blew through the area, my roof windows were broken. Jordan came out the next day and helped me through the process with insurance companies, temp repairs, and replacement windows. I also had them recoat by roof and they did an excellent job all around. I highly recommend this local family own business

I scheduled a time for Jordan to come to my house for a roof estimate. I told them it would be fine to come by when I wasn't home. About a week after Jordan was supposed to come by, I hadn't heard anything about my estimate. I called, left all my information, and was told someone would call me back. A while later, someone called. I gave that person all my information again, at which time she said she would look into it and give me a call with an update. After three days went by with no contact, I called again. Once again, I was told someone would be looking into it and contact me. It has been three days and no contact regarding my estimate.

It was a very pleasant and professional experience dealing with Castle Roofing, from the time that John came out to give an estimate untill the job was completed. Very good communication and excellent work.

Was referred to this company and requested an estimate. Jared came over and then nothing for over a week. After several left messages and no call back finally heard something only after calling five times in a row. Received an estimate the next day only to see it was twice as much for roof replacement than other bids I received. I questioned it and then no response yet again. I gave them plenty of opportunities to earn my business but apparently I'm not worth their time.

Replaced my roof and it started leaking after a year. They fixed leaks but leaks again. I had to pay after a few years warranty was up too. At the end of the day it can't be the roofs fault but can be the workmanship. We spent a lot of money for a leaky roof. Bad experience. Use someone else. Leaking again.

We are very happy with the warranty repair Chris did from previous work we had done. We appreciate that Alex and Chris both worked with us on new repairs that where needed. We highly recommend Castle Roofing to anyone needing roof repairs.

And that's what's happened here we had work done by this company about 11 years ago and we have come to find out during this month soon season that they did the roof extremely wrong because they pounded nails through the tack boards that went through our roof and have now created worse leaks than we had before. We are extremely upset because they only had a 5-year warranty and it's been only 11 years ago and we spent $14,000 on an entire roof for a $1,883 ft home and to find this out is unbelievable. Our entire window sill stucco is soft and rotting away along with our blinds that are damaged and stained from the rain. We let this company slide on the fact that they created a bubble in our kitchen 11 years ago because it rained and they didn't have any tarps up so we ended up with paint damage in our kitchen. I contacted them two or three days ago and we have not even received a call back. A few months ago we had a leak and we have the stain above our couch to prove it and they sent a guy out here and he said there was nothing wrong and then no one ever followed up. Their voicemail as of today is not even up to date because we are in August and their voicemail says they will be closed on 4th of July so they are very unprofessional:-(

John from Castle Roofing has done several projects for me including a roof above new construction, a re-roof, patch jobs, and re-coatings. I trust him to give me a fair price and do a great job. John's a great guy and Castle Roofing is the way to go for sure.

Found we had a leak during a two day storm in November. Called Castle and Jordan came out the next day and identified the cause. I thought the estimate was fair for the work required. The crew that repaired the roof came on time on the scheduled day and did a very good job. Work is guaranteed for 2 years. I can recommend Castle Roofing.

Zach came out when he said he would be there, and was a total professional (and attractive as a bonus). We discussed options and chose to put in the southwestern’ paint interlock system. The roof looks fantastic! Others have been on the roof for other installs (hvac) and made comments on how great they did. We will be using them from now on!

My experience with Jordan Roberts and Castle Roofing has been pleasant and professional. When I needed to have some roof repair done, I called Castle and Jordan promptly arrived at my home and inspected my roof. The estimate was fair and the work crew arrived on the date and time that I was promised. The repairs were first rate and the crew did a great job cleaning up afterward. Imagine my surprise several days later when a late summer thunderstorm caused some additional damage to my roof. I called again, and Jordan was at my house almost before it stopped raining. He made some temporary repairs until the crew could be scheduled back out to finish the job. I was completely happy with the price and the quality of workmanship. I will never use any another roofing company except Castle.
