Poor customer service!! Bad workmanship! They piece the home out to contractors and when you have a problem they don't want to deal with you. I expected more decent treatment for the high price of the home.

We had a costly HVAC issue arise in our Pepper Viner built home a year after our HVAC warranty expired. The issue was due to improper installation by the company that did the work originally. We reached to Pepper Viner through Alma (who has always been great to deal with) and they have agreed to reimburse us for the repairs. Pepper Viner stands behind their homes, and we are very appreciative of their customer service.

Extremely bad customer service on the administration side of this business. Very happy with the home and the quality of work. If you could put up with the bad customer service, the home is worth it. The sales team is very helpful and professional. We mainly dealt with Jason. If possible try to work with Jason because he does a great job juggling the buying experience and dealing with the dreaded "back office." If it wasn't for Pepperviner's "back office" we would have given this review four stars. But for us, customer service is very important and if we had to do it all over again we would have gotten a different builder. In most cases it was extremely difficult to get Pepperviner to follow through with any obligation. Expect semi confrontational communication when trying to fix warranty issues and simple discrepancies.

Live in one. Terrible HOA's, Bad quality build. when they came to do my "1 year appointment" for fixes due to settling etc, (and a bunch of stuff they forgot) for the hidden wire "smurf" tube it looks 10 times worse than before they even came and you cant get a wire through to save your life. siding falls off flooring lifting up and uneven floors. Poorly insulated. overall just low low low quality. one of my biggest regrets is buying a pepper viner home.

Great builds and nice people. Todd was very help and a Tucson Native. Property are built very well and the construction seems above the norm.

Enjoyed seeing the property's, unfortunately as a younger second home buyer I enjoy gardens and animals and the properties seem to be more that of a 55+ community. Maybe in the future they will offer something more up my alley. I will definitely keep them under consideration for future purchases.

Hmmmm…. They initially picked up my call for my inquiring about thr HOA rules but never got updated after following up multiple times… rude customer service, good luck with your home buying process

My daughter bought one of their 2018 homes in the Park Modern development and the roof is already leaking and only comes with a two-year warranty. In the photo, you can see the ceiling damage caused by their poor workmanship. Buyer beware - this is a low-quality product and Pepper-Viner does not stand behind their work.

I've represented different clients building Pepper Viner Homes. As a Realtor I see many builders work. They are what I call semi custom and production builders. They include more upgrades in the base price and do quality work. One client they custom designed a 2nd home on their property.
