Bryck is very professional and knowledgable. He is easy to talk to. You can ask him any question, and he will take the time to answer it. He walked us through every aspect of the house and rooms and explained why something needed to be fixed, or was installed poorly. He helped to explain how things would look if it were done correctly, etc. I feel like I already know the house I am purchasing, and I feel that he was very thorough in his inspection so there are no surprises in the future. I would definitely use him again, if my husband and I were to buy another house.

I have been through a hand full of home inspections in the past several months and my experience with Brick by Bryck has left the rest of them in the dust.

Bryck and his team are thorough, detailed and honest. From the moment I showed up for the inspection I was along for the ride of reviewing all of the good and bad with the property I was interested in purchasing.

There was a firehose of information that was thrown at me but the team was ready and able to answer all of my questions.

The inspector was very courteous. He took us, the buyers, on a tour of a home we wanted to purchase and showed us the condition and functioning of the appliances, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and more. He went over everything with a fine-toothed comb and answered all of our questions. It was fascinating watching a home expert at work, and gave us some ideas on how to best maintain our new home. It gave us peace of mind and reassurance about the condition of the home. This was a relief because I had prior bad experiences with a home inspector. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Recently made an offer on a house and wanted an inspection done.  I had a couple of issues that were of concern such as wall cracking and potential leaks from a very large skylight.  I reached out to Brick by Bryck explained my concerns and that I was on an extremely short time frame.

They were very accommodating and I was fortunate to get both a regular inspector (David) and the company owner (Bryck). Bryck and I spent a long time talking about potential issues and construction of the house for which a he was extremely knowledgeable on.

As an engineer it was a real pleasure to speak with someone who knew the technical details of a home and able to address all of my concerns on the spot.  At the end of the inspection all my reservations were gone and I went through immediately with the purchase.

Dave also did a super job and produced a quality report in a day!

A reviewer recently left a negative review about the inspector leaving a mess. That was definitely not my experience as they were meticulous and everything was left in the same condition as they found it. I would absolutely use them again if I was buying another property.

Brick by Bryck has inspected four houses for me over the course of ten years. In my opinion, Bryck is the best inspector in town. My family has bought and sold nearly 20 homes in Tucson and has never had a better inspection experience than with this company. In my opinion, a poor inspection can lead to years of repairs and homeowner headaches. Its is crucial to hire someone who is knowledgable and pays attention to detail. Bryck and his crew of inspectors cover every base. When Bryck is conducting an inspection he is willing to take the tine to answer questions, explain his observations, and go the extra mile to make sure the buyer is confident in the results. His inspectors promptly produce a comprehensive report that informs the buyers in a manner that assures them of their best buying decisions. Look no further; this is the one.

Very happy with my inspection. David was very thorough in his inspection and gave me numerous maintenance tips along the way. The owner also showed up, and he too gave some additional tips as well as some comedic relief! After I received my report, I had some concerns about a particular photo. David provided me with information that was within his scope of expertise that alleviated my concerns. If not for his follow-up, I would have passed on a perfectly good house. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The most unqualified and clueless home inspector I have ever encountered. The person performing the "inspection " continually injected inappropriate comments into conversations between the buyer and agent Don't waste your money with this company.

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we are so happy we were recommended Brick by Bryck. Not only did the inspection feel incredibly thorough, Bryck and his team explained everything to us along the way. It felt like not just an inspection, but a Homeowners 101 course and was so helpful in learning about what things needed to be serviced and how often, and what to look out for while the house was still under warranty. They were definitely worth the money and would recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.

I deeply appreciate Bryck by Bryck’s thorough work on our home inspection. This is the first house we have owned and I was eager to learn everything I could about my new home. David was patient with me, answered all my questions, taught me invaluable things about the house, and was willing to put together the report quickly to meet escrow deadlines. I appreciate the emphasis on safety in their recommendations on what is most urgent to repair.

Our HOA contracted with this company in 2020 for a block wall repair. Initially everything was great, but the repair failed within 6 months and the wall began to separate. The owner, Markus, said it was because our neighbor had built a planter against it, and agreed to warranty one repair once the planter was removed. I stayed in contact with Markus as we had two different change of neighbors move in and out, and our HOA is not very helpful. We finally got amazing neighbors willing to work with us, and they worked tirelessly to remove the planter because we both want to repair the wall. Markus began to ignore us, and avoid the warranty he committed to. I have tried over the past year and half to resolve this directly with the owner with only one response where he promised to contact us when he returned from Europe, it has been nothing but silence again since the New Year. Be warned that this company’s work does not last, and they do not honor their promise of warranty.

Great place to get a lot of renovations accomplished on your home or business. Everything from heating and cooling to plumbing and all around home maintenance The staff there is really great and very friendly and listen to what your needs are. The address them and get them taken care of quickly and efficiently!!!

They came out and fixed my roofing we had wind damage in several places they did a great job and fixed several places were the roof had failed Thank you for a great job.

Castle was very responsive to all my questions and came in under budget for my project I would strongly recommend them for any roof repair.
