They went out of their way to help with every step of the process, from being at every appointment with the adjuster to just following up to see how I was doing. The final result exceeded any expectation I had. My house looked brand new. They went beyond the terms of our agreement for no other reason than just because. 10 stars if I could. RX2 assisted the plumber when our hot water tank needed to be replaced and water had leaked into the walls. Valentin was very polite & helpful, as were all the crew members. Their equipment dried the walls completely within a few days, so we didn't need to have them torn out and redone.

I am so impressed the work Manny and Jesus did. One cannot tell were the walls were torn out, excellent job and everything was cleaned up. Excellent job!

My experience with this company wasn’t too bad. Was a little long for the repairs, but I understand the reasons for it. My encounters with the employees were very professional and helpful. Overall I’m happy with the results.

The team did a super job. We had water damage behind the shower wall, they took out the old tile, shower plumbing, and repositioned the shower drain to the correct location, then installed new tile and plumbing. Very nice. The bathroom looks like a spa now.

Roy and his crew were incredible in every aspect of my flooded floor’s restoration. They were prompt for their appointments, very patient in providing options and wonderful at juggling insurance issues and suggestions for replacing floors, shower and plumbing concerns. They handled everything from dismantling my king size bed until everything was perfect then put it all back together. Awesome company!

I had a good experience with RX2. A sewage backup occurred that flooded the only bathroom in the house, and they came out immediately that day to start the remediation and rebuild work. My situation was very time-sensitive and they made sure to get the project done as soon as possible. They were quick to address any questions or concerns I had. The work they did was very clean and there’s no evidence that the entire bathroom and walls had to be torn out to remediate the sewage flooding. Val, Ray, and Chuy did a great job.

These guys are amazing. Their work is impeccable and they clean their work space as they go. All of them are so polite and professional!! Highly recommend them for any type of remodel job. They do it all!
