Great counter service, amazing stock. Other electrical supply houses in Tucson should have their counter people take classes in customer service from Graybar employees.

I spoke with Scott and they did not have the niche item I was looking for, but was very helpful in letting me know who may carry it. Highly recommend this place for your needs.

Every time our company makes purchases here we go through chaos. I believe there may be criminal financial practices taking place at this facility. Double charging for items not rendered and then adding charges a week after entering their store... not refunding my credit card after promising to do so. Be prepared to have your money taken and not returned. Wasting valuable time for their customers, the management was unable to rectify multiple credit card mistakes made by the sales associate. Sorry, Graybar. I rarely review— but this has been too many painful customer experiences.
