This company is awesome and we need more of them like this to be available! I called to set up an appointment to have them come out to look at why my garage door won’t open. We’ll let me tell you, the company stated I didn’t need to set up an appointment because he was close by and it can be as simple as pressing the reset button. All we had to do was just hit the reset button and it took care of it. Thank you once again for your service and I will be spreading the news about how wonderful this company is!!!

Plugged In did a great job troubleshooting an issue with the connection to our water heater. Brandon went above and beyond to make sure things were working. Scheduling was easy too. They clearly stand by their honest work, I highly recommend!

Excellent service! Brandon and his team quickly repaired my outlet after I had accidentally damaged the ground wire. They arrived early, worked efficiently, and resolved the issue without needing to cut the power—very pleased with the outcome.

I had an intermittent electrical problem with circuit breakers tripping randomly. Other electricians that I called came out and did some work but never solved the problem. These guys came out and solved the problem the first time. They were great. I will definitely be calling these guys for any future work I need. They were fast and friendly and reliable. Couldn't ask for more.

Garrett Breckenfeld at Plugged In Electric was extremely poor at communicating. I asked him to come out and provide a quote for installing a Level 2 wall charger and a circuit breaker monitoring system, and after initial contact, he completely ghosted me.

If you don’t want to take on a job—or aren’t comfortable doing the work—just say so or connect the customer with another technician. Don’t waste people’s time by leaving them hanging.

I can see why his previous company, Longhorn Electric, has a 3.0-star rating. Thankfully, I found another local electrician who actually had the experience, professionalism, and follow-through to get the job done.

A few months ago, I needed a new electrical panel for rental I was selling. Honestly, I must have called 20 or so electricians. I had many come over to give me estimates. All of them wanted to overcharge or oversell me with options I never asked for. Getting a new panel and the permits is expensive enough without being stressed to purchase what I am not looking for.

When Brandon came over, I had a different experience. A positive experience that I am thankful for.

Brandon took his time to explain to me the permit process and my options as well as a realistic timeline in terms that I can understand. I am not an electrician, so it was important that I felt comfortable with what I was being told. Brandon did not try to scare me with "I need this" using technical terms that I did not understand. Sadly, I had this experience with other companies. Brandon kept me updated on the process. Plugged In offered me a price that was more economical than the other electrical shops. Also, I was given a military discount.

At 6 PM on a Wednesday night, I called Plugged In Electric for help with half the house lights out following my husband’s use of a compressor plugged into the garage. My call was promptly answered by a very friendly answering service who took my name, number and brief description of my problem. Two minutes later Jesse Elliott called back! He suggested we test out GFI outlets before he would come out - saving us $150 and time especially if he could have fixed it in person just a few minutes. Turns out our GFI in the garage plus a couple of loose connections in the fuse box were the culprits. Jesse was super patient, gave clear directions over the phone and took care of us shortly after we called late in the day. Excellent customer service!!!
