Worst electrical supply in tucson. Dude hung up on me while i was explaning what i needed. Very rude. Would rather wait for and pay more from grainger. Zero stars

I found Ruben on Thumbtack. He and his helper were very professional and respectful. Their quote was very reasonable and we had quite a few things for them to do. Ruben suggested putting in new cam lighting and it worked out great. He also installed two ceiling fans and fixed a broken wire that was causing a breaker to trip ( his helper found this issue). I would definitely use his services again.

I hired Ruben on the advice of my real estate agent to help me bring wiring in my new home up to code and improve general lighting. Ruben was fantastic - not only are his rates reasonable, he made several outstanding recommendations that improved the overall appeal of my new home. He was always asking questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and making helpful recommendations on things I had never considered on switch and light placements. Where others might nickel-and-dime me for additional work like ceiling fan installs, he just took care of it out from his initial bid. He and Nakita were polite and professional - always checking in and providing progress reports. When I raised a concern regarding some finish work around some lights installed after painters had completed their work, he offered to pay my own painter to come address it to my liking. He's even come back and redone work damaged by another contractor (at no cost on a Sunday) because he wanted his work to be well represented. Capable, honest, and professional contractors are hard to find - Ruben definitely fits that mold. Look forward to working with R3 again and will post more photos shortly.

This place is incredible. The guy you need to talk to in there is Rick! Incredible service. If they don't have it they are not afraid to send you to one of their competitors to get you taken care of.

Stumbled across this place and decided to give it a shot. Hadn't price shopped yet and figured they would probably be a little more expensive. So, I made my purchase and was informed there were no returns or refunds (even though the product's I was buying were not electronics...just normal harware). Thought it was odd they told me this as I was purchasing and stamped it on my receipt. As soon as the total was given to me I was a little shocked....but was unaware of normal pricing. As soon as I left I went over my receipt and priced out the same products at Home Depot and Lowes......Wesco was 2 and 3 times more expensive for comparable products on everything I bought. I felt so ripped off....I would have returned it....but then remembered the counter person telling me no refunds....now I know why..... do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere first.

I honked at a car that wasn’t moving next to the building and two of their employees started yelling and threatening me. The car moved and they were still yelling and cussing at me. I can’t believe that they allow people like that to work there.

Jessie and Garrett upgraded our home to 200 amp service and changed the main panel box. They worked efficiently with attention to detail. They are extremely knowledgeable electricians. Would highly recommend!

This was a Home Depot referral for installing 2 bathroom lights. This was the first company to respond, and they booked an appt. within two days. They arrived promptly and did a very good job, were friendly and professional. I would definitely refer Plugged in Electric!

Plugged In was very responsive and flexible with my outdoor lighting issue. Garrett was on site multiple times and very patient in explaining the issue I was having. I contacted 4 other companies prior without a response. These guys rock!

I got myself in trouble following a video tutorial about bypassing the ballast in a flourescent light fixture in my garage, so that I could install new LED bulbs. The result of following the video was that not only did the light not work, but nothing in my garage worked either, including my garage doors!

I called Plugged In Electric and spoke with Garret. He offered to walk me through how to correct the issue. He was great! He explained what I had done wrong and how to fix it. He stayed with me every step of the way. The ballast is now bypassed and the new LED bulbs work great. Garret was so helpfull and patient with me. What is more, he saved me at least $300 for an emergency service call. Next time I need an electrician you can bet that I'll be calling Plugged In Electric!

Excellent service for both problem diagnostics and installing a new panel. Garret Breckenfeld listened to all questions, responded thoughtfully, and not only coordinated with multiple outside parties to complete the panel installation, but was more than thorough in his work and especially his communications at all steps in the process.
