They were friendly, professional, and genuinely wonderful people. They even gave us some wonderful suggestions for updating the lights in our home, as well as showed us a few alternative items and price disparities, and we will be calling them back very soon for additional upgrades.

The lights in my old fixtures finally stopped working, so I contacted this business to replace them. Their work quality exceeded my expectations. They organized a meeting for the following morning, and the work was completed ahead of schedule.

I hired CGR Development Electrical & Construction to convert our old, fluorescent business street sign to LED and add a photosensor. I am absolutely thrilled with the results! The new LED retrofit is bright, consistent, and looks amazing. Pablo was incredibly professional, considerate of not interrupting business operations, and completed the job as planned. They managed to keep our original sign structure while upgrading the internal lighting, which saved us a lot of money. If you are looking for electricians, I highly recommend their expertise!

I highly recommend CGR. They quickly diagnosed the outlet issue, which turned out to be incorrectly wired and a potential fire hazard. They were prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced.

Pablo, Carlos and the team at CGR Development (previously called Value Electric) are my new heroes! I'm in charge of a 53-home community well share in Vail, which went down. On a Sunday night, of course. After having TEP out first (thought it was on their side), I learned I had to have electricians repair my 480V 3-phase power feed. And it had to be county inspected, AND TEP had to come back to turn it on again. People were out or nearly out of water, and I was leaving town Tues AM. I left a number of Sunday midnight messages for electricians, and Pablo called me up at 6AM sharp Monday. Had a team of 3 guys out by 8, problem fixed by lunch, inspected early afternoon, and TEP reconnected by 4pm. I was BLOWN AWAY. And the price...yeah it cost us some, but less than I expected. The crew was professional, capable and personable. Complete win, I'll be calling them next time I need electrical work!
