When I attempted to add a light kit to a ceiling fan in our new-to-us house, the light wouldn’t come on. Not knowing the extent of the problem, I felt the best thing to do was hire an electrician. I called and left messages for two other electricians but never received a call back. When I threw a note out to Plugged In Electric, I got an answer back in 10 minutes. Garrett came out and fixed the ceiling fan light kit. While he was there, we asked him about moving some ceiling light fixtures and adding a GFCI outlet to the outside of the house for a water softener. He gave us a fair quote for the work and sent Gilbert out to do the other work. Gilbert moved the light fixtures and installed the GFCI outlet in no time. The work was professionally done and fairly priced. If you need residential electrical work performed, give these guys a call!

There technicians work was great but customer service failed us.
The electrical box near street was dug up with help of TEP and access dirt piled and left in my neighbor's yard and the just left exposed. Had multiple conversations with staff and guarantees this work would be completed but once received payment no results, follow up, and paid labor was just left undone.
This resulted with Me having a disgruntled neighbor and me having to finisg uncomplete paid labor that was guaranteed.
Will not recommend to other.

Had a wonderful experience with Brandon and have officially found our go to electrician! Brandon went above and beyond, changed multiple challenging light fixtures but in addition to that he kept his working space clean with minimal mess.
