Job took over 4 hours to install a GOOGLE Doorbell. Both techs argued with me numerous times. They did not clean up after themselves. Unit was not functional when Techs left. (Tech said had to charge the unit for it to work… I researched this after… not true! Google Nest Doorbell Gen 3 do not require to be charged before it will connect). I later rebooted modem & Google Doorbell after waiting 2 hours for it “to charge”. Job over all was not finished properly. I.e. I had specially asked tech to please use wire connectors to ensure proper installation… I the noticed my $200 new doorbell was hanging onto two hair thin wires (no wire connectors used). Had to ask tech to please connect as requested. Chime cover fell off the wall today and hit me in the head. Tech had assured chime cover was secure. I had offered my double sided tape for him to use. He did not. In addition,
Google Neat Doorbell/Camera was not operational when techs left. Tech In addition, techs had NO silicone to seal door bell mounting; to protect wiring.
Tech only put a tiny amount of silicone, I supplied… see pics of gaps around doorbell mounting not sealed! I had to go behind & seal gaps do today and not well as I am not a professional. I used double sided tape to secure chime cover today. Chime connection doesn’t look write… spliced & covered with electrical tape. Etc., etc, I did call this into tech supervisor on 022026 during & after techs left.
I was then told a waranty tech would not be out until Monday… late with his ops supervisor as well. I Am a disabled Veteran and this experience has NOT been good at all! My Home Health Aide witnessed this entire Debacle… Causing me much anxiety, especially to wait for “things to be made right” not until Monday! Unacceptable!

Isaiah summerall was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. When Mr.Sparky states same day service, they aren’t kidding. Electrical panel installed the same day we called for a bid. My chandelier was quite intricate to say the least but Donny and Gabe assembled & installed it the same day. My stairwell is lit up so beautifully and it’s stunning to look at. Thank you Donny & Gabe for your knowledge, expertise and friendly professional attitudes. I look forward to you both installing my next chandelier!!
