Upon meeting with several solar installation companies we found they were only interested in installing cookie cutter roof systems, which we did not want. When we met with Sal from Solar Gain Inc. they were very interested in taking on our challenging raised ground mount system on a steep/confined rocky slope. They provided an excellent design that both fits our needs and looks great. Sal and Zach kept us informed throughout the design, construction, and permitting phases. We are very pleased that we chose Solar Gain Inc, and we highly recommend them without hesitation. The system is working great and should provide many years of service.

Had several Solar companies bid on on a Solar System for our Residence. Met with Trace Cecil of Solar Gain and their 12 kW PV proposal was thousands less than the competition while including equal and superior components. Went with Solar Gain and have not been disappointed. They handled all permits and agreement with Tucson Electric Power Company, and an excellent installation. My system was inspected and approved for connection with the grid in no time.
My utility bill dropped to less than 10% of my previous average bill. Plan on going with Solar Gain for future system expansions and the installation of a battery back-up system.

The Solargain team was very professional and efficient, and got the panels up in the time they said they would. We really liked not being lied to about the timeline of things, like we were lied to by other companies. They did amazing work and we love how they turned out. Highly recommend.

We recently switched to SolarGain when we developed an issue with our system and discovered that our previously company had gone out of business. They were very prompt in sending out a technician to work on it, and he even came back out when the system stopped powering our backup freezers. He diagnosed the problem, and replacement of a 100 amp breaker got us back online. He then also completed a firmware update. Can't say enough about their professionalism and promptness in addressing our issues.

We had to switch to solar gain recently and quite frankly we have been pleasantly surprised by their service. Their technicians are really nice and always willing to explain things for you. A special shout out to Rebecca who was always responsive via email and absolutely proactive with our case. She is the one who helped us feel that the team is doing their best and are actively working on our issues.

I had Solar Gain help me get a USDA Grant to help pay for the installation of a solar system on my Hotel 6 in Sierra Vista Arizona. They were very knowledgeable and transparent throughout the contract, installation, and operation of the system. They helped facilitate all the paperwork and were very professional in every aspect of the transaction. I will be using them again in the future.

Highly professional Solar Company, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They do excellent work and are always punctual. They warranty all work and they honor HOA requirements. Trace is their sales professional and will definitely impress you with his in depth knowledge.

SolarGain was great to work with. I've literally turned away dozens of people at my door wanting to sell me solar panels, and even signed 1 contract and then cancelled it. Conversely, the product I purchased from SolarGain with the latest solar panels and inverters for each panel and an app for my iphone which clearly shows energy consumption versus production on a daily basis is wonderful. I believe they do have a superior product and it was great working with the sales and installation team. They helped me at every point of the process providing clear direction and explanations and they will continue to serve me in the years to come. One phone call gets me to my rep and inspires me that they will continue to provide great service in the years to come. Way to go!

Any time you have to make a large investment, like solar, you are concerned about being taken advantage of or being a number. This is absolutely NOT the case with Solar Gain. They were one of four companies I had discussions with during the process to buy a solar system. They were courteous, passed information, did not pressure and provided references to speak with other customers.

When Trace came to the house after a few phone calls to get information, he was respectful of our time and asked what we wanted out of solar for this house. He provided information on other systems and options than what I was initially looking at, based on return on investment and coverage. It was not in a pushy way or sales pitch. In fact most were less than my original plan. He then provided the options in writing and left.

I had multiple follow-up questions and we had several dialogues for me to find what was best for our house and situation. I attempted to do this with other companies and only one was responsive and respectful as Trace. I elected to go with Solar Gain because of Trace's transparency. Trace also provided an overview of the next steps and expected timelines that helped me follow the process while they were working behind the scenes.

After we elected to use Solar Gain, we were provided another individual Karl, to help us through the installation process, with Trace available as required. Karl continued to be responsive as we worked with the installation, electric company, homeowners association, and town of Marana. Any time there were delays or bumps, they proactively worked the issue to resolution.

I know I am an active (aka demanding) customer with lots of questions. Throughout the process, the team was courteous and answered our questions promptly within 24-hrs, if not sooner. We absolutely felt like customers that mattered and not a number. The process from signing the contract to the system being turned on was just over 5 months. Mostly due to the surge in owners trying to accomplish installation before the tax break ends.

After installation and turn on, Trace returned to step us through the new electric bill, the APP, answer questions and provide us an all encompassing book with schematics, receipts, and system information. And we were passed contact information for future customer service.

It was an exceptionally professional experience and I know we received our money's worth. I look forward to the future savings from this investment and support from Solar Gain. I resolutely recommend Solar Gain for your residential installation.

They seemed to be pretty busy, but took time to answer lots of my questions. My project is complicated so I was surprised that they could offer some innovative possibilities. Best part is they ended the meeting with a suggestion I think it over. No pressure, just assurance they could help when I'm ready. Not sure I'll go with them, but they will be on my short list when I submit bids.

Rude company

I have to say that from the very first contact with this great small local company I have been impressed. The communication with all the staff has been super. They were able to get our solar system up in record time. We were informed every step of the way. They knew all the hoops to go through, permits with the city and oks through TEP. I was never left hanging. The price was great too even after a few modifications that were done no charge. They also helped me with my app so I can monitor the system. Good clean professional work. I can’t recommend this company enough.

Call someone else! This company said they were gonna show up the same day and then later called back and made excuses why they wouldn't be able to show up untill the following week .very unprofessional!

After searching a long time I finally found someone that could help us with our generator and battery back-up. we run a small call center in Tucson and it is imperative that we up and running 24/7. The team has been great to work with.

It's not there any longer

i recently moved and needed help getting my electric car charger installed at home since there weren't any charging stations close by. after searching online, i found an electrician service and they sent out eduardo and jay the very next day. they were both friendly, professional, and charged a fair price. eduardo and jay explained the different power options and installed the charger exactly where i wanted it in the garage. while they were there, they even helped me set up my wired smart doorbell. everything works great now. i would definitely recommend eduardo and jay for anyone needing EV charger installation or any other electrical work.

Arizona Electricians LLC did an outstanding job for me. Bryan, the manager, was very helpful and easy to work with. I needed two lights installed, and their crew, Levi and Eduardo, handled the project perfectly. They were both professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. I appreciated that they wore shoe covers inside and put down mats and rags to keep the floors clean and safe during the installation. The teamwork between them was great, and their positive attitude made the experience even better. After finishing the electrical work, they made sure everything was cleaned up and left the area spotless. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical services. I have more lighting projects planned and will be calling them again!
