Our solar panels were removed and reinstalled incorrectly by another company that is no longer in business. Saguaro Solaroffice put us on the schedule quickly, and Luis Iracheta came to do diagnostics. He was thorough and detailed, and provided me with a very complete report of the issues he found. I am very pleased with the service and the level of care, and hope to have them work on the repairs. Saguaro Solar has been great to work with.

After my original solar installer went bankrupt, Saguaro Solar picked up the ball and completed the work. They always arrived as promised and communicated progress well via email from Bethany. Luis Iracheta, the technician who worked on my project at different times, was always a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything he did, showed me how to turn on my system at the appropriate time and even had to troubleshoot an issue created by the previous installer. Even though they are in Tucson and I'm north of Phoenix, Saguaro has always been quick to respond to my needs. It's a good company to do business with.

Just had my E.V. charger installed at home and the experience was excellent. Coordination between my company and Saguaro Solar was a challenge, because my company had 3 different divisions involved and even changed chargers from Enel to Autel on us, too! Bethany was exceptionally patient and helpful while we worked out the scheduling. Nick and John showed up to install it and everything went smoothly. They showed up on time, explained how the installation would go, got their work done quickly (in spite of ornery construction of my 115 year old home) and showed me how to use it afterwards. We purchase a Tesla 3 battery upgrade for our existing solar from Saguaro Solar Electric. My installers were Adan, and Manuel. Adan and Manuel are very professional and take pride in their work! Saguaro Solar did a great job with this install. They took the extra time to answer all of our many questions and walked us through this upgraded system.

These guys did an amazing job on our roof! Super fast turn around, and made sure to fix everything the microburst wrecked!! On top of it, they connected us to someone to fix a section of our stucco that needed to be repaired as well. Highly recommend!!

Big thank you to Alex with the roofing division for helping me out with my roof this last month. My wife and I had some uncertainty regarding the roof on a home we were looking to purchase that he helped us to work through in order to close. I have nothing but excellent service from Saguaro Solar, from the initial sales presentation (2 years ago) through my recent service call yesterday.
Luis (service tech) provided exceptional service when inspecting and replacing a faulty microinverter on my solar system. He arrived ahead of schedule, which I greatly appreciated, and conducted himself with professionalism and respect throughout the entire visit. Luis patiently answered numerous questions I had about the service, equipment, and system settings, clearly demonstrating his expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Saguaro Solar for anyone needing knowledgeable and reliable solar support!

We are now making solar energy are are quite happy with that. However, our project did not start until February (2 weeks of that was because we were away early January) 8 months after we initially signed and paid the first installment.
Then panels were placed on our porch roof instead of where they were supposed to go and had to be removed and replaced.
The electrician did something wrong and had to come back and fix it (he told us it was his mistake)
Our existing panels were shut off for over 2 months so now our TEP bill went from $55/month to $158/month.
We would not recommend Saguaro Solar.

The installation team completed the installation of my solar panels and battery backup. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job during the installation. The crew answered my questions during the install, so that I feel that I have a good understanding of the system components. I am looking forward to using the system after final inspection and commissioning.

I used both Saguaro Solar and Saguaro Roofing for my project, with Ray Rabago as my salesman. Upfont the expectation was set that the solar was going to be between 4-6 months out due to the recent switch by Tesla to the Powerwall 3s. I was kept apprised as to where we were in the process at all times. Once the process started, it was determined that my current panel would not support the solar installation due to the maximum bus amps allowed. Saguaro did not do it for free, but it was close. The roof was completed about a month before the solar was installed with no issues in about 3 days. The solar was led by Donny Boelter, who answered any questions about the project, fixed anything during the project that I did not like, and came by after hours on his weekend to address some concerns I had (aesthetically). All of the technicians on the job we friendly and showed attention and concern to ensure the job was done correctly. All in all, I would recommend them with no qualms! I had researched another competitor around town and for EXACTLY the same setup, they came in almost $10k cheaper.

Saguaro Solar just completed a project at our home installing solar. I appreciated that the company was in communication every step of the way so I knew what was expected of the process. The installers (sorry, can't remember their names) did a great job. They were quick and efficient. Just yesterday Donny came out to inspect the system and ensure it was in good operating order. Now, just waiting for TEP to put in the meter and get us up and running. I highly recommend Saguaro Solar.

The experience with the Saguaro Solar Team has been excellent. The battery team, Donny and Pablo, the roof team, Emmit and Tim Powers have fed us timely communication. All of our concerns have been resolved and held our hands all the way.

I had an issue with the roof leaking and subsequent bathroom ceiling damaged. I called, they had great guys, very professional, who showed up within 58 hours to honor their 5 year warranty. Then Christian came back and did a beautiful job over a series of days. He was punctual, cleaned up the mess and made my bathroom look new! I would hire this company and Christian again in a heartbeat!

I compared several solar companies before I went with Saguaro Solar. All of the proposals were similar, however, Saguaro Solar spent more time with me explaining the proposal and letting me explore different options to understand the return on investment impacts. They were not a high pressure sales company and they perform the installation as promised. The time to produce clean energy was longer than they had anticipated at the start, but most of the delays were not in their control. Whenever I had a question, I could call their office and get a reasonable answer within 24 hours. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

VERY pleased with the work and performance of the system Saguaro Solar installed for us. We had some hiccups but they made everything right and the system we have is operating flawlessly. The install crew was first rate and the followup has been terrific. Kudos to the team!
