I received great service until they received money from the loan company. My system was commissioned on November 25th 2024 and one of the panels did not work. After that I have emailed them several times, called and they just say they will send someone, but they have yet to. Don't bother with them, if they can't even fix a bad new installation I can't imagine the ordeal they will get me thru in case I need any kind of warranty later on. I'm glad I refused their additional roof warranty as it is now very clear it would have been a real waste of money. If you go with them because it is a cheaper alternative just factor in you will get zero support or warranty.

25Jan2025 Update:
One day after I published the review and filed a complaint with BBB I received a text at 6:30am asking if a technician could be there at 8:00am.

The technician was Pablo F., he arrived exactly at 8 and started working, he called the microinverter manufacturer and after doing some tests he said the manufacturer said they would RMA on microinverter. While working on this he said he noted a boot that looked wrong(didn't ask much details) and he replaced it. After he left I logged in and saw the panel generating normally, I called Pablo to tell him this. Yesterday I received a follow up call from Pablo to check if everything was still working properly, and it is. I really appreciate Pablo's support and wish others at Saguaro follow his nice communication and follow up practices.

I had an issue with my IQ Gateway not communicating which required replacement of a faulty component. My initial contact was with Omar and this service was completed promptly with help from 3 additional Saguaro Solar employees: Luis Iracheta (service technician), Jairo Verdugo (tech) and Bethany Springs (service manager). Job well done, thank you all!

Mike Nunez had major patience working with me to get solar in our house . I’m so glad he spent time and energy lining everything out. Mike and all employees at Saguaro Solar did a fabulous job installing, explaining and connecting solar to our home in Tubac, Arizona.

I’ve rented solar before with another company, sun city way back in the day and was very skeptical of getting solar again we wanted a $0 electric bill but it didn’t pan out that way we were still paying both a solar rental fee and an electricity bill. So when Saguaro Solar came to me I was uneasy about the idea of putting solar again.
We really still like the idea of having a zero electricity bill especially with prices on the rise with everything now a days this was a good way to eliminate one bill. we decided to chat with saguaro solar maybe they can build us a better system to help fit our energy consumption needs.
So as of today, we just finalized all the paperwork and documents and permits and working with Sylvia at Saguaro solar has been fantastic. She is knowledgeable and was able to answer or get answers for all my questions. Sylvia has been very kind and professional throughout the whole journey for me and my family. so if you go with saguaro solar ask for Sylvia she will be very helpful with your solar energy needs.
We purchased a solar system and 1 tesla powerwall-3 battery for now may purchase another battery with our income tax return. Very excited and ready for install.
So this is part one keep in mind permits may take longer to get since you have to go through the city, TEP and your HOA for approval. We are now ready for install. I will write another review on that service. But so far it’s been a great experience thank you Sylvia at Saguaro Solar.

Yay!! Installation completed and TEP just did a meter set. Tesla Powerwall 3 battery is charging as we speak so exciting!

Saguaro Solar put special effort into facilitating a solar inspection at short notice for a residence where we were only available for a few days in the area. Luis Iracheta conducted the inspection professionally and determined the fault and informed of different price levels for issue remedy. Replacement part was ordered immediately from the manufacturer and offered to install quickly. Bethany in the office was quick with all contact and paperwork.

I had a great experience with my solar installation. Rich, the sales rep, did an excellent job of explaining everything and making sure the system fit our needs. The installers were careful and thorough, including clean-up. Samantha, the project coordinator kept me informed every step of the way, and was immediately responsive to my questions and concerns. Zoe, from project completion, got my system up and running immediately. Thanks, Saguaro Solar. I'm excited to have my system up and running!

I did a fair amount of shopping around and Saguaro was the best mix of quality, value, and service I found. Everyone I interacted with were professional and responsive. Even with some delays from material supply, working with the city/utility, and rain during installation window I felt like a priority and they did a good job scheduling as soon as possible. Good communication throughout and the system is up and running only a few weeks after initial estimates with the promised delivery. I'd definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a solar system contractor.

Today, Donny and Angelo completed the installation of my battery system and prepared all the necessary cabling between the batteries and solar panels. I couldn’t be happier with their work! From start to finish, they were the definition of professionalism—skilled, efficient, and incredibly organized.

Donny and Angelo took the time to carefully explain the setup, making sure I understood how everything would work and answering every question I had. Their attention to detail was exceptional. They meticulously connected the cables, double-checking each step to ensure safety.

Just had our residential battery system abd EV Charger installed by Donny and Joel for Saguaro Solar. They were both extremely efficient and professional! They took the time to explain the system and the new app so I can manage my power generation and consumption. Excellent work by a team of professionals!

We have had a very good experience with Saguaro Solar. We were provided with a detailed presentation by Stephanie for our home at the start. The process of plans, permits and installation went smoothly, along with the financing. The installation crew did a very professional job, including cleaning up all the little bits of wire insulation which normally gets left in the gravel. They also painted all the conduits with the colors of the house and the roof tiles. All the roof tiles that got broken were replaced without a problem. All the work was done by Saguaro Solar, there were no subcontractors. All the employees seemed happy and enjoy working for this company, which usually means they work hard and want to please you. We were told it would take about 3 months to completion, we turned our system on after only 2 months.
Overall, we are very satisfied with Saguaro Solar and would recommend the to our family and friends.

From getting information at the beginning of the project to the installation and customer service afterwards, everything has been perfect! Ann was so on top of things and was able to answer all of our questions before we decided to go through with solar. We got multiple quotes and Saguaro Solar charged nearly HALF of what other companies were quoting, and we got a huge system. The installation was quick and the team was so friendly. Even calling for our tax document was quick and easy! If you’re thinking of going solar, I 10/10 recommend going with Saguaro Solar!

I bought panels from these guys a couple years ago and from the start both the technicians and the people in the office made a point to listen and answer questions in a way you don't often find in similar services. Props to Luis for helping sort out an issue I had with the wireless connection quickly and efficiently.

Saguaro Solar just completing a roof replacement, new AC unit installation , and Solar installation. They were absolutely fantastic. Not only are they extremely knowledgeable, but they’re also very attentive to their customers. My husband and I weren’t the most informed people when it came to knowing how Solar Energy worked and the entire process of the installation. Noe Quijada, Ray Rabago, and team, made sure that we felt 100% confident with everything and that all of our questions were answered, before we agreed to anything. They were in NO WAY pushy or forceful with making sure we went with their company. 24 Hours Heating and Cooling worked with Saguaro Solar to do the installation of our AC Unit and they were equally as amazing. Mike and his team were so quick and responsive to any questions or concerns we may have had. This entire project was as extremely stressful for us to have to consider, but after talking with Noe, working with Saguaro Solar and 24 Hour Heating and Cooling, I can’t even put into works how happy we are with the outcome and how smoothly everything went. I have an oustanding service from Saguaro Solar, from the initial contact refer by USAA to the day of the service to repair the tiles of my roof. The technician provided exceptional service when inspecting and repairing loose tiles on my roof. He arrived on time and on schedule, which I greatly appreciated, and conducted himself with professionalism and respect throughout the entire visit. He answered my questions I had about the service clearly demonstrating his expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction. Saguaro solar finished our solar installation
today. The process has been very easy. They gave me a very competitive quote. The same company prepared my roof prior to solar, putting new sheeting under my tiles. In the meanwhile they took care of all necessary permits and once the roofing was done the installers showed up and they did an awesome job. My electric panel is at the opposite site from my garage where the inverters are installed and the wiring needed to go via the attic, which proved very difficult The install team did an awesome job and got it done very professionally! They were very respectful to our property. I would recommend Saguaro Solar to my friends and family anytime. They are an excellent and affordable one stop solar solution. Big shout out to Emmet and his team.
