Carlos Garcia has been very helpful in making our household get solar energy. Even to helping locate papers that were filed away "somewhere" here by my husband, who now has dementia. Carlos has gone above and beyond what anyone else would have done, and I appreciate his help and kindness. It's all installed now, just waiting for the city to complete their part. I am looking forward to having the solar energy and lowering our horribly high electric bill.

We have tried numerous attempts to make contact with Alex - the owner of Solar Pros with phone calls and emails. Roofer reached out to Alex personally as well without any contact. We were very frustrated with his lack of concern to customers who made solar panel purchases from him.

Alex, himself, has no customer service skills and leaves customers hanging!! When attempting to follow up in numerous phone call(s), his receptionist would always respond to us we were next on the call list or he was in a meeting. Not once did we receive a call back from Solar Pros.

I met with Alex V. Who came to our door. He was very polite and professional! He also was very knowledgeable about the products and services his company offered. We agreed on the solar system he designed for our home. Including a new roof and an upgrade to our electrical panel all in one. Very convenient! He, his company did what he said they would do. The Solar Pros team, starting with the owner Alex and Carlos, the rep I dealt with regularly has been fantastic to work with. My knowledge of solar is basic at best and as far as I can tell Solar Pros has been straight with me from the start. I was shocked when I read numerous negative reviews. There has been nothing negative about my experience. My system is now up and running and the process did take longer than anticipated but I am sure the delays cannot be laid at the door of Solar Pros. The cause of my delays were due to the Historic Review process required in my neighborhood. Carlos and I were on the Historic Review people from the beginning and they were very unresponsive, especially the supervisor in charge. They were impossible throughout. But, we finally got through the reviews and both Solar Pros and TEP have done due diligence and as noted my system is in place and operating. As stated in other reviews questions remain. I have not received my first post-solar bill from TEP so I am not sure if promised savings will materialize. I do track the Solar Edge (manufacturer) app and it tells me I am generating more energy than I am using. Hopefully this will be reflected in my TEP bill. Other older reviews took issue with the maintenance responsibility but I have faith in Alex and his team that they will take care of any problems that arise. The install team did a great job at my house! So, the bottom line is I am thrilled that my home is now powered by solar and I highly recommend Solar Pros to anyone in the Tucson area contemplating this venture.

Install the system in our house over 3 years ago and I have nothing but good things to say about this company. Customer service was top notch making it easier to schedule install which went great. I haven’t to place an repairs so far (fingers crossed). The sales rep was very helpful from the initial meeting all the way to install making sure we understood everything. The system works great, our electricity bills have vastly decreased. Setting up maintenance visits have been easy. If we have any questions it’s still easy to reach out to them. If you want honest salespeople and the right system installed for your house, go with Solar Pros AZ!

Chris is friendly and a wealth of information. He spent 4 hours with me, explaining how everything worked and giving me tips on how to maintain our used RV that we had just purchased. I know if I have any questions in the future that he will be a help.

We called Chris for an issue with our RV while in Lazy Days KOA in Tucson. He was knowledgeable, accommodating,honest and reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him in the future.

Had an RV inspection today by A to Z Mobile RV Services and I was amazed at how thorough, and patient with all the questions we had as 1st time RV buyers, buying a used RV. He went over, under and into every crevice of our RV and found some problems that could be very costly had we accepted delivery. Now the ball is in their park and we have the option of backing out if they don't make the repairs..The service was definitely worth it. Thank you so much Chris for the thorough inspection and words of wisdom. We learned quite a bit from you today.

Chris provided excellent professional service on our Airstream Sport trailer. He inspected and serviced the electrical and plumbing systems in a timely manner while keeping me informed regarding repairs and costs, and providing me options and estimated time for the repairs. Chris is a certified RV technician and inspector. He is also the author of a book “RV Flight Manual”; which is an easy read with a lot of good practical information for for those interested in the RV adventures! I highly recommend him for RV service and inspections!

Fantastic service throughout my RV buying and upgrade experience! Chris performed an impeccable and thorough inspection of a new RV I purchased from a dealer. He worked closely with the dealership to ensure access to the rig prior to my pick-up. Though the RV was new, he found a significant plumbing leak requiring pre-delivery repair. Had I driven the rig off the lot, a frustrating first experience and a return to the dealership for service would have been inevitable.

I was so impressed by his competence, technical skill, clear communication, responsiveness, and conscientiousness, I hired him to upgrade my electrical system. As with the inspection, work done was on-time and flawless. Thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with, I now have a state-of-the-art, off-grid worthy power system complete with lithium batteries, solar, inverter, and Victron component management system.

I live in Grand Junction, CO, and I purchased a 33’ Class A RV in Tucson. I wanted the RV inspected by a professional and saw that Chris is an NRVIA Certified Inspector. I called Chris on Friday morning, and he was on-site Monday morning and texted me when he arrived. After the inspection was completed, I received a 74-page report via email. It provided me with a summary of potential problems and information on the items inspected. It also included many pictures. He called me up to give me an overview of what was in the report and see if I had any questions.

Chris was friendly and helpful throughout the process and told me that if I ever had any questions about my RV, do not hesitate to give him a call.

Chris is the greatest. He checked my solar set up, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. After learning what was wrong, he told me how to fix it myself because he knew that I was trying to 1. learn and 2. do it on the cheap. Since then, he's been around and incredibly helpful!

Very happy with the inspection Chris did on the 5th wheel we bought. I live a couple days away and wanted to buy this 5th wheel and needed it checked out before I made the commitment to drive that far to see and possibly purchase the rig. Chris was very thorough and at the end of the inspection he called me and we went over what he found and saw. Now I could feel good about towing it home and not run into any big surprises. Well worth the money. The inspector was easy to work with and he contacted the seller and made the appointment. Thank you Chris for your attention to detail. Job well done.
